17/11/2025: Hello, first order placed for a 4 Seasons MEGA pizza at €23 delivered. What a disappointment! No taste whatsoever! The pizza arrived slightly lukewarm, and while it was a generous size because it was a MEGA, it didn't taste like a pizza at all, contrary to what other reviews have mentioned. The crust was thick (5 to 7 mm) and soggy, making it impossible to get crispy. The tomato sauce was "plain" and had an acidic bitterness (uncooked), and the mushrooms (at my request) looked like they came straight from a can. The ham was cheap and tasteless, and the black olives tasted just like good olives. The artichokes were fine, but let's leave them; they came from a can, and that's obvious for several reasons. I'm leaving a negative review because there's a real quality problem. Making pizzas like this is unacceptable. For comparison, at Chez Pépé, the champions of Neapolitan pizza, the world champion pizza is sold for €20 and offers a true culinary experience (I tried it a month ago). What I mean is that for €23, using quality ingredients would have been easy. They need to improve. In short, I won't be going back and I don't recommend it. It's a shame.

31/01/2026: Ordering from the drive-thru tonight felt like we were bothering them when they took our order. And then someone needs to tell me where the bacon is in my double cheeseburger. Paying more for something that isn't even what we ordered is getting ridiculous. It's time to wake up, please. 🙂
