14/03/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely. But a special mention goes to Romane, the waitress, who practically deserves a Michelin star for service all by herself. Smiling, attentive, and incredibly efficient, she managed to make the meal even better (and it was already very good).
If all the service was like Romane's, I'd eat at this restaurant every day. Thank you for a wonderful time!

03/03/2026: I hadn't been to this restaurant for a few years.
It had made a good impression on me back then, and that was still the case today.
In my memory, it used to be a fondue and raclette restaurant.
Now, it's a Canadian specialty restaurant, which is much more original and rare in our area.
The selection of drinks and dishes is well-chosen.
The food is excellent; no complaints there! I was particularly pleased to find "Sortilège" brand products.
The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but the restaurant was quite full. I won't wait so long before returning.

I must say that my visit this Sunday, November 30th, at 3:45 pm was quite an adventure, but not the kind I enjoy.
But the worst was yet to come: an invasion of midges! They were everywhere, shamelessly wandering around the serving dishes and, even worse, in the food itself. Imagine how quickly my appetite was ruined!
We tried to salvage the situation by ordering a Chai latte and a "hot" cinnamon roll. The result? A half-full glass of hot milk drowned in a deluge of cinnamon, and a pastry that looked more like a cold, tasteless puff pastry. The cinnamon roll had absolutely no cinnamon flavor.
The icing on the cake? The painful bill of 9 euros for this disastrous meal. A real rip-off!
In short, an experience to forget as quickly as possible. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Keep walking!

05/01/2025: We were most impressed by the friendliness, happiness of the main lady who greeted us as we came in from a cold night. The service was perfect and the meal was wonderful for two cold hungry travellers. To be greeted with such a wonderful smile and a feeling that you were very welcome and valued as a customer was so refreshing. Thank you for the very satisfying burger and particularly the very smart, respectful lady who made the place so warm and welcoming for us.
22/12/2024: I recently dined at this restaurant and it was a lovely experience. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere immediately put me at ease. What struck me the most was the kindness of the staff, who really cared about our well-being throughout the meal.

Especially with children/teenagers.
Edit in response to the ever-unpleasant manager: I misspoke, I meant unpleasant to adults. With young children, you don't provide seating and you ask them to remove their shoes to sit down.
What's certain is that you're not a parent, and if you are, my thoughts are with your poor children.
And regarding teenagers, the people in the restaurant can clearly hear how you talk about the local students, who are your customers, and whom you can't wait to see during the holidays, when you speak to your colleagues—and I'm even being polite about it.
06/02/2026: The food is delicious and served quickly, the servers are always helpful and respectful.
And what can I say about the atmosphere except that it's fantastic? You feel completely transported to another world. I highly recommend it! 😋

25/02/2026: I placed a click and collect order for speed, as my children were with me. I arrived at my parking spot and received a notification informing me that my order was ready and that a team member would bring it to me.
Ten minutes later, still nothing, so I decided to go inside to see what was going on. When I finally managed to get someone's attention after five minutes, I saw them take a bag from their work surface and put the burgers and fries into another bag. I realized that my order had been waiting there for who knows how long.
Eighteen minutes after the initial notification that my order was ready, they handed me the bag, and I noticed it was already practically cold. I asked them to change my order because by the time I got home, everything would be completely cold. The person remade the fries (which they then reheated for other customers, I imagine), but not the burgers. I had to ask again for my already cold burgers to be remade, and they flatly refused. They said, "Madam, I can't remake everything for you."
The restaurant was practically empty; there were no other orders in progress.
I even had to go back inside because when I got to the car, the children's play area was missing!
So I left (more than 20 minutes later), and as expected, when I got home, my order was cold! No gesture of goodwill, no friendliness whatsoever!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNACCEPTABLE!
LAST TIME I'LL SET FOOT THERE!

I had a coffee-free caramel vanilla oreo frappuccino with a white donut. It was so good, I don’t regret coming to Paris, thank you team!
I highly recommend.
