06/04/2024: We came for our daughter's birthday. 1st time in a Buffalo or no atmosphere when the cake arrived.
Fortunately who did not have heatwave the server is currently still sought after. We had to fall back on the two bottles of water served at the start of the meal.
A note 200€ for 12 people looking for the error.
We will go to the competitors during the next events

16/03/2024: I love this place, I always feel good there and I am always well received. I love the cocooning atmosphere that reigns at It Coffee, after a busy week of work, I like to go to their place, get takeaway or simply take some time at their place and chat with my partner, or my friends (and even sometimes come alone).
I love the products they offer both in terms of drinks and pastries.
Special mention for the speculoos latte and the brookie, which I particularly like.
A big thank you to everyone working at It Coffee who has always been particularly helpful and pleasant; I have always been very well received, and always with a smile.
12/03/2024: The place is very nice! However, a little disappointed with the chocolate cake which was dry… Especially for the price.

Kindness did not ask questions when ordering everything is written in agreement thank you for the answer if it bothers the staff!!!
The plate, the meat, nothing to say
The fries there is a debate with meat accompanied by a sauce and well it is better to cut the fries into 4 very little on the plate
no bread either…. not offered… disappointing experience
30/03/2024: 1 hour wait!!!! There were only 9 tables besides ours. This is unacceptable and the meats are overly seasoned.
I wouldn't go back there.

30/08/2023: It had been years since I had been to Steak N Coffee and I was surprised by the damage, both to the equipment (holes in the chairs, broken toilet faucet, cards that need to be refreshed) and to the kitchen (fries really low-end and salad which had a bad taste) as well as the service (unfriendly, did not bring us the dessert menu requested). Fortunately the Welsh itself was very good. The restaurant is far from its first years, which is a shame.
29/08/2023: Nothing to say about the service or the dish but the dessert to review the crème brûlée not good too liquid, too sweet

31/03/2024: I've been going to the McDonald's in Seclin several times, a disaster, the tables are always dirty, the floor we don't even talk about it, I went to see a manager to tell her that my table was dirty when I arrived, this person told me replied that the tables were always clean, I went back a week later and of course a week later my table was still dirty….we should review the cleaning schedule, thank you

04/04/2024: Having worked for the brand for 5 years, I can assure you that the employees of this restaurant do not apply the procedures established by the franchise. And for good reason, I doubt they even know them because it's up to me to explain the product timing system to the order picker... Distressing.
Even more so when their reactions remind me more of a teenager who is being disturbed than an adult who works in a catering service.
Between the production manager sitting on her trash can with outdated stock, a counter team with professionalism as mediocre as their sympathy capital and the number of customer returns on orders...
The only people who should enter this restaurant are the McDo France inspectors.
04/04/2024: It's shameful that there are still so many homeless people in the restaurant, between those who lie down on the benches, those who demand money when you order, or even come to see you at the table to ask for money. eat ! It is unacceptable that no one on staff is capable of kicking them out. This is the minimum for a correct service.

4th time we always come disappointed the first times we say it's an error it happens to everyone but now seeing the other opinions it's not an error it's even to be pointed out clearly because never the right ones order we pay more to have extras never have them

21/03/2024: This evening I ordered Golden tenders on Uber Eats. When I received the order I thought it was a joke. I looked for the tenders and couldn't find them. I'm really disappointed. The worst part is that Uber Eats, the site I ordered from, didn't want to reimburse me. I'm really disappointed to pay €20 for fries.
