06/05/2024: 5 stars place. Awesome breakfast, great flavors, everything was perfect, the coffee was very very good and the service was nice and friendly. The only bad thing is the opening time! Wish we could come again but our city tours start much earlier.

27/05/2024: I had a Cobb salad. There were 4 small pieces of chicken. The poached egg was not, overcooked it was hard. My husband had a burger. It was good but the fries were overcooked and were dry. What is not honest is to offer a waffle for dessert, which is not on the menu, and make us pay 11€ for it. The managers are not very pleasant.
Apart from the atypical decor, I do not recommend it for the cuisine, nor for the service and even less for the prices.

05/04/2024: The food is good but the customer experience is terrible. At 6:30 p.m., while the restaurant is almost empty, the waiter tells us that we must dine in 30 minutes maximum. Throughout the meal, the waiters circle around us to make us feel like we have to hurry up. Regular customer, this is the first time that the experience has been so unpleasant. We are losing the soul of Bouillon and it is regrettable. You lose a client.

24/05/2024: It's a sports bar adjacent to the hotel. Their specialty are drinks and they are good at that. Food wise, it is pretty standard bar fare: burgers and pizza. I ordered a classic burger with fries and a beer and it was 21 euros, a bit on the expensive side but it is Gare Du Nord area. Service was fast.

04/04/2024: Sorry, maybe I'm not up to the level of pretentiousness of this place, but I didn't like it. One of the staff was very unfriendly and the dishes are served in very small portions even for Paris. My friend got just a tiny granola like a baby. Plus your shakshuka clearly needs improvement in skill of chief and the hot americano is impossible to drink from a glass without a handle.

20/05/2024: This is a very cute space in Paris, the inside decor is gorgeous and cosy. However the terrace is on a busy street and no charm.
The service was impeccable. The food was good.
20/05/2024: Great welcome in a very pleasant and bright setting. Everything looks good, it's hard to choose. The dishes are all based on fresh and super generous produce! The staff are lovely and attentive.

04/04/2024: We ordered two burgers and two fries with Ubereats. Unfortunately we only received a burger. The latter was in pitiful condition; the steak broken, the bread has a big hole in the middle. The fries are cold and soggy.
We tried to contact them by phone but they did not answer.
I don't recommend taking out.

Quality and quantity more than expected, classic and original dishes with lots of flavor, professional and friendly waiters.
Everything is there to have a great time!

A fairly rich menu with Franco-American cuisine, enough to satisfy almost everyone.
The service is fast, the atmosphere quite friendly.
A good amount of seats but a lot of people so remember to book.

État des sanitaires catastrophique, 3 cm d’eau au sol dans les toilettes.
Cuvettes souillées.
Plus de savon au lavabos. Cet état d’insalubrité est inadmissible, ça m’a coupé l’appétit.

11/03/2024: I had lunch with a friend, we were alone in the restaurant. It’s a small place to eat on a swing, it can be a lot of fun and it’s very original. However, I don't find that there is a lot of choice, plus I find it expensive compared to the value for money. Cocktails too. Besides, don't get the cookie dessert, it wasn't exceptional. I didn't really find any Mexican flavor. The meat was good, but nothing more. Once to discover.
02/03/2024: Not professional! I booked a few days in advance for a Saturday at 1 p.m. Once there, the restaurant was open, but I was told that it was not possible to eat because there was no server. However, there were two in the kitchen and they could manage given that there was still no one in the dining room (that already says a little about the quality of the restaurant for a busy lunch hour)
So waste of time going to this restaurant
