There were signs at the entrance asking us to wait to be seated, but we were never seated.
The interior is a complete mess. We asked a server for a table, and he rudely told us he was on break.
This was our first and last time at this Ninkasi; we left without ordering.

04/09/2026: Everything about this place could be improved. The bagel bread was a bit rubbery, the pastrami wasn't hand-cut and was sadly homogenous in flavor, the pickles overwhelmed the overall taste, and above all, the place itself is poorly maintained. Two dogs loiter near the kitchen where they have some kind of unappealing pouf; the moment you pay a little attention, your eyes fall upon dust, dirt, and signs of disrepair. The tables downstairs are littered with the staff's personal belongings, including a small sharps container—a bin for syringes, bloody compresses, and other bodily fluids. To top it all off, dozens of supposedly humorous messages are plastered all over the decor in their vulgarity. In short, drinking my lemonade straight from the bottle, since no glass was provided, I didn't exactly think I'd be going back.
