20/07/2026: We ordered from Bils Dinner and, overall, everything was very good! The burger, fries, and tenders were all excellent; no complaints about the quality.
However, we were a little disappointed by a few details. The box was missing cheddar sauce and grilled bacon, even though these ingredients were clearly visible in the product photo. We also ordered jalapeños with cheddar and cream cheese, but we're still looking for the cheddar and cream cheese, as they were practically nonexistent.
It's a shame about these discrepancies, but despite everything, we enjoyed our meal and the overall experience was positive.

27/07/2026: /!\ This review relates to the Chalon dans la rue festival, so it may not be representative of the rest of the year. I went to this restaurant for a coffee on the terrace. I asked about the restrooms, and was told they were unavailable because they were broken. Finally, when I asked someone else inside, they told me they were fine. I wanted to order two more coffees to go (long coffees) and was told it would cost €11: €3.50 for three long coffees, and I was wrongly charged extra for milk that I hadn't ordered. After insisting, I was able to get rid of the two coffees to go. Aside from the feeling that I was being completely ripped off, the young waitresses hired for the occasion were friendly.

13/05/2026: We visited with a large group just before closing. The customer service was nice and took our order. The service was fast and friendly, we got our food served outside (take-away).
The food was very good!

19/07/2026: Very disappointed. I went there with my family. The prices displayed prominently to attract customers are not the same as the prices on their menu. You have to ask for salt and pepper, and the sauces are dispensed in small amounts... And the salad dressing was really mediocre. The bill is relatively expensive for four main courses and two children's steaks: €117. No dessert, no starter, just two cans of Sprite, one can of Oasis, a glass of rosé, and a €25 draft beer served in a plastic cup. 😤 Otherwise, the staff seems friendly.

05/08/2026: We didn't come here for the quality of the food, but to use ANCV Connect vouchers, but it wasn't working and there was no information provided to customers.
So we were treated to the usual spiel about being the manager now, but called in to help, so it wasn't my restaurant and it had only been down for 5 minutes, blah blah blah... and, as if by magic, after we left, stickers were stuck over the ANCV Connect logo so they no longer displayed that they accepted them.
I imagine many other customers must have suffered from this establishment's bad faith!

14/06/2026: I placed an order on the McDonald's website for 5 ice creams near the Colosseum. It was delivered via Uber Eats by a very nice man, but it wasn't our order. We called the driver back, who had to return to McDonald's to pick up other orders, so he could inform McDonald's to deliver our order. We asked to speak to the manager, but he refused to talk to us and didn't answer our calls. McDonald's refused to pay the delivery fee to the driver and informed us that we had to pay the fee again for our delivery, even though it was their mistake. We received 5 ice creams, but 4 out of 5 toppings were missing. I strongly advise against ordering from them. It's much better to go there in person to check the order.

05/07/2026: I went to the kiosk on July 5th at around 2:30 AM and ordered:
- a small cherry Coke
- a small iced tea
- vanilla ice cream
- M&M's ice cream
When I picked up my order, there was no Coke (which wasn't charged).
Then I got my M&M's ice cream, but where are they?
05/07/2026: I arrived at 10:30 for opening time because I was passing through on my motorcycle. I bought some pastries, but they were still completely frozen.
It's a shame they don't take them out before opening so they're thawed.
Otherwise, it's clean, no complaints.

08/04/2024: Personnelle désagréable. J avais un bon de réduction valable dans ce restaurant et monsieur là refusé. Je trouve pas ça très sérieux il attire les gens avec des offres et au moment de les appliquer plus personne. C'est une honte.
