15/05/2026: Everything is fresh, but unfortunately, it's too salty, and I'm not usually sensitive to salt. You can't taste the onions. It's a shame because everything is fresh, but it spoils the experience.

12/04/2026: I just went to the drive-thru at the Colosseum: two of my meals were missing a side dish. I went to complain, and they told me I was lying and that nothing was missing. They asked for my receipt. When I brought the receipt and they realized a side was missing, they accused me of asking for an extra sandwich. When I raised my voice, they told me to "get out." I'll never set foot in a McDonald's again: unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened, but usually the employees admit their mistakes and remain polite...

14/05/2026: ***Unacceptable*** While at the McDonald's in Tournus on Wednesday, April 22nd at 4 PM, I ordered two McFlurries, one of which was a Kit Kat with only 6 or 7 crunchy bits. As a regular customer, I know the portion is normally more generous, but the manager refused to add more, claiming it was the standard amount. I am extremely dissatisfied; she showed absolutely no customer service skills. Next time, we will go to McDonald's restaurants in other cities, from Mâcon to Chalon-sur-Saône.
10/05/2026: An error in the order! Several messages sent on Messenger, several calls, but no response!!! We ordered two Golden Ligue 1 meals and nuggets to go. We received vegan nuggets when we had ordered regular ones, and one sandwich from the Golden Ligue 1 meal was missing.
We went back to the restaurant, and they refused to remake our order. They simply made the missing sandwich and the nuggets.
Result: A completely cold meal, cold Croque McDo, cold fries, and a flat drink. (Because by the time they went to get the missing sandwich and nuggets, the rest of the order was completely cold.)
Outrageous! Especially since it's not the first time! No gesture of goodwill (well, except for one Sunday). P.S.: Thanks for the gift! For the price, it's unbelievable that they didn't remake our order!
The worst part? No response! This McDonald's is completely abandoned!

08/04/2024: Personnelle désagréable. J avais un bon de réduction valable dans ce restaurant et monsieur là refusé. Je trouve pas ça très sérieux il attire les gens avec des offres et au moment de les appliquer plus personne. C'est une honte.
