Trappeŕs house
Chalon-Sur-Saone
19/09/2026: Had a fantastic time at Trapper's House, the whole team is so friendly and attentive! The burgers are delicious, the meat is excellent, and the homemade fries... A real treat!
12/09/2026: 🍔 Best burger in France, hands down! After this, it's hard to understand why some people still go to McDonald's or Burger King... Here you can tell it's made with care: the bun, the meat, the sauces—everything is perfect. A real treat, go for it! 👑🔥

McDonald's
Chalon-Sur-Saone
15/09/2026: Good, quick, efficient – for me, the best McDonald's in Chalon, because the one at the Obelisk is to be avoided (very undesirable clientele).
13/09/2026: I placed a click and collect order, got to the kiosk, and it wasn't working.
So I went into the restaurant. The staff was anything but welcoming. Your "team leader" couldn't manage anything. I ordered a Happy Meal and a McChicken, and I received my order an hour later (no joke). No apology, nothing... the McChicken was missing cheddar cheese, the sauces and dessert were missing from the Happy Meal, there was no napkin, and they ordered the wrong drinks.
They're truly incompetent. It's clear that anyone can work there anytime, anywhere. Avoid this place...

McDonald's
Macon
28/09/2026: We've never had such a bad meal at McDonald's!
Everything was cold!!! Fries and hamburgers!
27/09/2026: It's a shame to have to wait 40 minutes to be served, especially since there were few people and customers who ordered after us were served much sooner. The staff is unwelcoming and not at all friendly.
I had to ask for my entire order because they were missing coffee and ice cream, even though I wanted everything at once.
I've been to other McDonald's where the staff were welcoming and friendly.
McDoc Mâcon Sud. It's a shame the service is so slow and the staff are unfriendly.

McDonald's
Tournus
25/09/2026: The team works perfectly for the customer. Everyone takes on any task when needed, fantastic! 👏
25/09/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars because I would have. I stopped by on a Friday at lunchtime and waited 40 minutes to be served, even though the children were going back to school, only to have the meal arrive completely cold. I had to ask for it to be reheated. I asked to have my son's baby food heated up, waited 15 minutes while they were ringing up customers (my baby was hungry and couldn't wait that long), asked to have it heated for 30 seconds, and they gave it to me scalding hot. It was impossible to feed him. There was no sauce, no children's toys. When we mentioned our problems to the manager, all she said was "I don't care" or "take my job," she had nothing to say. I understand the bad reviews; after a while, I can understand the staff shortage, but that's no excuse. I have other things to say, but I'll refrain. Just one person who was professional—it's a shame I don't know her name, but she'll recognize herself—thank you to her.

Chamas Tacos
Chalon-Sur-Saone
08/04/2024: Personnelle désagréable. J avais un bon de réduction valable dans ce restaurant et monsieur là refusé. Je trouve pas ça très sérieux il attire les gens avec des offres et au moment de les appliquer plus personne. C'est une honte.
