Les meilleurs restaurants en Mirepoix

07/09/2026: It was market day, and my partner and I wanted to get a smoothie and a beer. After a few minutes without anyone bothering to come and greet us, we sat down. After several more minutes without any sign of the waitress (apparently the same woman who'd already been heavily criticized in countless other reviews...), we asked her if we could have a table for a drink. This very unfriendly woman brushed us off, saying, "No, these are tables set for eating." While that's understandable in principle, her terrace was practically empty, so we didn't quite get it. Then, as if trying to find a solution, she went to get the person behind the window, complaining that we were "just here for a drink at lunchtime, it's ridiculous" (it's worth noting that many people in the surrounding restaurants were doing the same thing, which isn't surprising on market day). She then suggested we have our drinks inside, between two tables and three cardboard boxes, in the sweltering heat. We were disappointed with our first visit to Mirepoix, as it didn't at all reflect the town's warm atmosphere. Our advice: go to L'Apothicaire next door; they're welcoming, friendly, and their lemonades are fantastic! 👌

11/08/2026: Hello, we went as a family to have lunch today. The welcome was cold, unlike the temperature inside! Furthermore, we ordered sandwiches that weren't very cold… I doubt the temperature in the display case was correct. Unfortunately, we didn't see the thermometer in the display case… which should be visible to every customer. Quantity doesn't equal quality! Your establishment offers far too many products… pastries/bread/morning brunch/ice cream/terrace dining/snacks… This results in a lack of quality in most of the products! Finally, a little anecdote from our visit: a family of eight arrived, and the manager offered them two tables of four, but said they couldn't be served at the same time, lol! I don't recommend this restaurant; as the name suggests, you spend more time eating your cutlery than anything else…
