This is a Chinese restaurant that I had the pleasure of discovering while traveling in Europe. However, if there are more than three tables, you have to wait for about 40 minutes, so Koreans' 'quick quick' method does not apply to this place. Recommended if you want the aesthetics of waiting

31/08/2024: A super store! I ordered a large plate of chicken in advance, and the boss paired it with slivers! ! ! Pulled strips are the soul of the chicken, and they are hand-pulled by the boss! This is definitely the best noodle I have eaten in Nice in two months, bar none! The potatoes inside are also very soft and tasty, and the whole dish is great. Other dishes are also delicious. The shrimps in the shrimp and broccoli are fresh shrimps, and the shrimp threads are carefully removed. There is also Shandong style eggplant, which is a delicacy that my friend never forgets to order twice. The twice-cooked pork is also very fragrant. Although there is no garlic sprouts, the onions in it are also quite delicious. And it happened to be my birthday today, so the boss played a happy birthday song and gave me longevity noodles! Already preparing for the Mid-Autumn Festival and continuing to order the large plate chicken

24/08/2024: Food is fresh, but average. Atmosphere is crammed. Service is quick. Have tried more vietnamese soups in Nice with more aromatic and complex flavours. The ravioli soup comes with 2 raviolis (dumplings) and few pieces of chicken and lots of vermicelli noodles at the bottom. Lacks flavour as compared to other vietnamese restaurants. No special desserts besides cut pineapple and canned lychee.

01/09/2024: I renew my opinion after going back a second time then a third, a fourth, a fifth and a sixth crazy. When you love you don't count 😉. Always a great culinary stopover in this Asian restaurant in the historic center of Nice. Copious and excellent dishes. Taste the vegetable spring rolls, it's a change from all the ones you've eaten so far. Very friendly service. Better to book. Parking impossible in the immediate vicinity. But less than 500 m away, paid parking at Cours Saleya.

15/09/2024: One of the rare restaurants run by Japanese who offer authentic cuisine, like that discovered in Japan. Nothing like what you can find in so-called Japanese restaurants or hypermarkets, which are just crummy recipes with mushy sweet rice and low-end ingredients. The restaurant is very sober, the decoration is minimalist but the welcome is warm and always very friendly. The dishes with subtle flavors are truly typical of those tasted in Japan. A treat. The two menus of around thirty euros each are very complete if you don't want to eat à la carte.

31/08/2024: A great welcome, we passed without having reserved at the opening in the evening. A restaurant with a dozen seats managed by a lady and a cook. Excellent cuisine from start to finish, very well organized by the 2 people. When you go there, take your time, it's not a place for stressed and rushed people. Here there reigns serenity, kindness and the happiness of flavors. We will return without forgetting to book.

19/09/2024: I have travelled the world and most of Asia and being a vegetarian is hard work in any country trust me. But this chinese restaurant has blown me away. taste , flavour, texture of the food was something i have not tasted for a long time in any restaurant. i am coming back tomorrow for lunch before i fly home. for us vegans and vegetarians out there finding a restaurant is hard but look no further. WOW . veggies, tofu and noodles .

25/08/2024: I have never written a review although I have been coming regularly to this restaurant for several years - this explains the five stars - and I will continue to come with just as much pleasure. What more can I say, other than to say that I highly recommend it.
