01/09/2024: I renew my opinion after going back a second time then a third, a fourth, a fifth and a sixth crazy. When you love you don't count 😉. Always a great culinary stopover in this Asian restaurant in the historic center of Nice. Copious and excellent dishes. Taste the vegetable spring rolls, it's a change from all the ones you've eaten so far. Very friendly service. Better to book. Parking impossible in the immediate vicinity. But less than 500 m away, paid parking at Cours Saleya.

01/10/2024: The service attitude was so bad. I brought a bottle of water on the table, but the boss slapped my arm and said I can't drink takeout. You can say it nicely, but is it necessary to do it? The service attitude is very poor! The service was extremely slow. I had to wait for more than an hour from ordering to being served, assuming there was no one queuing up.

07/09/2024: 2024: We arrived one hour early because our hotel apartment was not ready. So we borrowed the chairs outside. We were warmly welcomed by the staff 30 minutes later. We ordered a delicious evening meal. 3 different choices as we all have our preferences. Everything fresh. Meat, noodles and rice. I got extra 🌶️ chili. Strong and fresh. After a long day driving more than 500 km this was like being treated in an expensive restaurant. The difference is that this is an affordable eating place with healthy food. Later in the week I tried alternative places on same street. No comparison in the way I enjoyed Pagoda. 2023: We tried two other nearby eating places for variation, but this is the only place where I feel good after eating. We had soup, wok and rice. Thank you for healthy and delicious food. 2022: This place deserves a Michelin star. I would have liked to give it 6 Google stars. We had soup, noodles and chicken with a touch of Thai curry. The family running this business since 1999 are very friendly and helpful to advice. The food ingredients are fresh and cooked by professionals. Healthy cooking with vegetables and not too much oils. Thanks to this place I got to eat wok with noodles with a unique taste. A couple of hours later my stomach was in a good shape. It had suffered from nearby fast food since the weekend. Thank you In the evening we could not resist. We bought takeaway beef and shrimps. Cooked rice in hotel apartment. Yet another perfect meal. Amazing. Next evening we also came back to eat Ramen and Phou soup. Ordered Sushi to eat in the hotel balcony. The gentleman serving gave me extra fresh chili as I like 🔥 food. Conclusion: We live like kings in Pagoda Restaurant.

24/08/2024: Food is fresh, but average. Atmosphere is crammed. Service is quick. Have tried more vietnamese soups in Nice with more aromatic and complex flavours. The ravioli soup comes with 2 raviolis (dumplings) and few pieces of chicken and lots of vermicelli noodles at the bottom. Lacks flavour as compared to other vietnamese restaurants. No special desserts besides cut pineapple and canned lychee.

11/06/2024: Horrible des cheveux dans la nourriture sur plusieurs clients et nous même Petit cheveux courts et noirs 🤢🤮 La patronne n'a rien voulu savoir et une des serveuses hystérique y a pas d'autres mots leur a crié dessus et poursuivie avec agressivité car ils n'ont pas mangé quand ils ont vu les cheveux et sont sortis . C'était la deuxième fois et dernière fois que nous y allons De plus le riz était sec comme tout nourriture insipide, sushi très moyen Porc au caramel bizarre avec un arrière goût de citron🤔🤔 Ketchup goût affreux.... Tout manque de fraîcheur..... Accueil horrible,on était très mal a l'aise et avec cette serveuse hystérique nous a pourri notre fin de soirée

09/06/2025: It's not a good product, low quality, stir-fried beef, strange taste and chicken skewers are no better, it doesn't smell fresh and it's Sunday evening 9 p.m. and the stalls are full... Monday is closed, don't go on Tuesday in my opinion

17/05/2025: Very disappointed with my order. When I opened the trays, a strong unpleasant odor was released—the food was clearly not fresh. As a precaution, I threw everything away. It's unacceptable to serve products in such a state. I will not recommend.

07/08/2024: Loved the poke, it was fresh and good portioned. I ordered several times through Uber Eats and went as well to the restaurant. My favorite!

10/06/2024: Ate a raw poke bowl from here before a flight from Nice to Paris last week. I'm now finally feeling well enough to write a review. I got pretty serious food poisoning. Vomit, high fever, bathroom visits, everything you can think of. And I know it was Pokawa because it was the first thing I ate that day, I ate it on the plane as we were taking off, and within 3 hours I was feeling nauseous and the suffering began. They need to work on their food standards. Beware!

06/12/2025: I recommend this lovely little restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the staff were kind and charming. I highly recommend it! 😄😄

18/10/2025: All the ingredients are there for a relaxing evening: the food and the welcome are excellent, and the quality/price ratio is a significant plus. Go there and enjoy.

12/08/2024: Bon accueil service pro en revanche plats sans saveur et facturer 1€ la sauce piment c’est abusé il y a bien meilleur dans le Vieux Nice

13/06/2024: Très bon restaurant, service très agréable. Cependant nous avons trouvé cela cher, comptez minimum 50 € pour 2 plats basiques que vous paierez 3 fois moins cher en Corée... Mon amie coréenne était surprise des tarifs pratiqués.

29/04/2024: Il locale è piccolo e accogliente (unica cosa fastidiosa è la porta scorrevole che rimane sempre un po' aperta facendo entrare il freddo. Il servizio è ottimo, tutti i camerieri sono stati gentili e pronti raccontando il piatto usando anche un buon inglese. Unica cosa per me negativa il fatto che non ci sia quasi niente di vegetariano o vegano. Sarebbe bello introdurre nel menu alcune alternative tipiche orientali ma vegetali.
