15/02/2026: Fantastic experience at Au Cœur de l'Asie in Lézignan-Corbières! 🍜✨ We ordered takeout and it was absolutely delicious; we enjoyed every bite from start to finish. The dishes were flavorful, perfectly prepared, and still piping hot when we got home.
Plus, they added a lovely touch: they gave us lychee fritters for dessert—a real treat!
I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back! 😊

04/11/2025: It’s a little hole in the wall with zero atmosphere that is as much about takeout as the dining room but the pho broth was from homemade stock, real crab in the crab salad, sweet and spicy shrimp, and beef that came to the table sizzling hot. Tasted good and filled us up.

14/02/2026: I do not recommend this place. The manager rushed us to order, claiming it was busy for Valentine's Day, but there were only two or three people when I arrived, then two more. We're in Castel, not Marseille or Paris, sir! I've been to many restaurants and I've never heard of such a thing. You have to hurry with your order because there will be customers! It's really rude. I came with my daughters and I won't be back. Otherwise, the food is okay, except the portions are small, and we found a thin stem in the stiff rice that my daughter could have swallowed. Otherwise, I do not recommend it for the poor service! The New Sushi restaurant, run by Thai chefs, is much more professional and welcoming. 💁♂️ What a shame!

Malgré les avis plutôt positifs moi j'ai trouvé assez médiocre les plats que nous avons pris . Ce n'était pas de la mauvaise qualité, l'accueil n'était pas non plus mauvais, mais j'ai l habitude de bien mieux manger dans les restau viet et plutôt pour un prix inférieur à ce que j'ai payé .
Bref je ne recommande pas ce restau.
20/02/2024: Dragon D'Annam in Carcassonne pleasantly surprised us with its authentic and delicious Asian cuisine. Tucked away just off the main road, it's easy to find using Google Maps. Despite being the first customers and feeling a bit unsure at first, the service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed dishes from the set menu, including the vermicelli soup, spicy chicken, and caramel pork, all bursting with flavor and free from artificial additives. The portion of fruit dumplings and crystallized ginger at the end was a delightful finale. We particularly appreciated the fresh mint and lettuce provided for wrapping the nems. Overall, Dragon D'Annam is a hidden gem for lovers of Asian cuisine.

12/05/2024: Super resto rapport qualité prix. Accueil très sympa patrons très agréables. A tel point que nous y sommes au moins 1 fois par semaine .
