However, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the food. The selection was varied, but overall I found them rather bland, with several dishes lacking flavor. They weren't bad, but not memorable enough to make me want to go back.
An acceptable experience overall, but the food could be improved. This is, however, just my personal opinion, as everyone has different tastes when it comes to food.
26/07/2026: This is the worst Asian restaurant I've ever tried. Nothing is good, the food is generally bland, I definitely don't recommend it.

30/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome and ate on the terrace with a magnificent view over the fields. The food was very good, and the new dessert was excellent.
26/05/2026: A small, shaded terrace overlooking a wheat field, with generous and excellent cuisine made with top-quality ingredients. The pepper and Roquefort sauces and the homemade burgers are to die for! 👌 Gluten-free option available with potato pancakes instead of bread 😍!! We'll gladly return, either to eat in or take away!

The manager rushed us to order because he claimed it would be busy for Valentine's Day, but there were only two or three people when I arrived, then two more. We're in Castel, not Marseille or Paris, sir! I've been to many restaurants and I've never heard anything like it in my life. You have to hurry to order because there will be customers! He was incredibly rude. I came with my daughters and I won't be back. The food is really mediocre, the portions are small, and we found a thin stem in the stiff rice that my daughter could have swallowed. I don't recommend it for the service either! The New Sushi restaurant, which is Thai, is much more commercial, good, clean, and welcoming. 💁♂️ This place is absolutely terrible.
10/04/2026: The food reminds me of my childhood: I love it. The welcome was warm. The timing was perfect. I've been recommending it to my friends who appreciate both the food and the atmosphere. It deserves to be better known. Go there, the quality and price are unbeatable.

Malgré les avis plutôt positifs moi j'ai trouvé assez médiocre les plats que nous avons pris . Ce n'était pas de la mauvaise qualité, l'accueil n'était pas non plus mauvais, mais j'ai l habitude de bien mieux manger dans les restau viet et plutôt pour un prix inférieur à ce que j'ai payé .
Bref je ne recommande pas ce restau.
20/02/2024: Dragon D'Annam in Carcassonne pleasantly surprised us with its authentic and delicious Asian cuisine. Tucked away just off the main road, it's easy to find using Google Maps. Despite being the first customers and feeling a bit unsure at first, the service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed dishes from the set menu, including the vermicelli soup, spicy chicken, and caramel pork, all bursting with flavor and free from artificial additives. The portion of fruit dumplings and crystallized ginger at the end was a delightful finale. We particularly appreciated the fresh mint and lettuce provided for wrapping the nems. Overall, Dragon D'Annam is a hidden gem for lovers of Asian cuisine.

12/05/2024: Super resto rapport qualité prix. Accueil très sympa patrons très agréables. A tel point que nous y sommes au moins 1 fois par semaine .
