26/01/2026: New owner, new kitchen, and most importantly, new prices!
For that price (€17-€24), go to Pacific Gaillard or Saint Julien. (Otherwise, Vénissieux-Lyon if you're willing to make the trip, but it's worth it.) It's an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you only get one regular naan. The people sitting next to us were given a cheese naan without even asking... It's served at random.
And it's not even good. I won't be back, and this review is for those who, like me, were thinking, "Let's give it a try." Absolutely not!
11/12/2025: The young man at the reception is very friendly and the food is super good! I recommend the restaurant, great find.

First time eating here and it's the last time!!!
There was a mouse in the restaurant 🤮.
The hygiene is disappointing.
Never again.
28/02/2026: The place is nice, the restaurant is large and airy. The tables aren't crammed together and there's plenty of parking. But frankly, the buffet doesn't offer much choice, and the food is mediocre. The flavors are very average; I don't think I'll go back.

The meat was served almost raw, the dishes weren't cooked properly, and the ice cream was clearly expired—it had a strange taste and questionable texture. Nothing was right from start to finish. The service was inattentive and no real solutions were offered. Frankly disappointing; I do not recommend it.

30/01/2026: We had a very good lunch on Monday. We paid €39.40 for two, including a small bottle of sparkling water and a Chinese beer. Good value for money, highly recommended.
20/01/2026: Okay, granted, it was 1:30 PM. No problem with a buffet that wasn't overflowing at that hour... but what was there was really mediocre, just not tasty at all. In short, I should have read the latest reviews...

06/09/2024: We’ve visited Chamonix 3 times in 18 months and been to Mumma every time. It’s our favourite place in resort and would go back for future visits. It’s a small plates menu with imaginative cocktails. Is good for couples, friends or groups. Would recommend 2 dishes per person as they’re quite generous portions. Around €15 - €20 a dish, the quality is excellent and way better than your standard €20 burger or pasta offering that’s available elsewhere. Be warned - you could easily end up wanting to order the whole menu!

27/08/2024: Suite à nos 2 premières expériences réussies, nous avons décidé d'y venir avec nos parents afin de leurs faire découvrir l'établissement. Ils ont apprécié la qualité des plats et l'ambiance du restaurant. Une excellente soirée réussie.
10/07/2024: Nous y étions venus il y a presque un an.
Acceuil rapide et sympathique par le patron. Lieu propre et agréable. Prise de commande rapide. Service professionnel. L'attente des plats est très correct. Rapport qualité prix quantité adéquate et adapté. Il manque cependant toujours un peu plus d'intensité dans la saveur des plats.
Mise à part cela, un sympathique restaurant à conseiller sans hésitation

Très bons plats (amok sauce curry/coco et bœuf sauce curry rouge) savoureux et copieux, faits à la commande.
Dessert DÉLICIEUX : riz gluant à la mangue, fait également à la commande.

10/03/2024: Nous avons très bien mangé mais nous avions opté pour une bouteille de vin assez onéreuse , hors la bouteille est arrivée déjà ouverte et prétextant que la serveuse ne savait pas l’ouvrir… on n’a rien dit, on est bête, je vous l’accorde, mais ça ne pouvait qu’être que du vin en berlingot transvasé dans la bouteille ! Quelle arnaque !
