26/03/2024: Restaurant discovered on the TheFork application fortunately we benefited from a -50% off-menu offer on the menu because the restaurant did not live up to our expectations. Waitress really not welcoming or smiling, very insistent on taking orders even though we have only just arrived and what's more, she doesn't know the menu when we ask two questions. It is extremely hot inside and there is very little space between tables. When we arrived there were 3 tables of 2 people, one of them was at the end and left shortly after. We waited more than 1 hour to have our dishes, plus surprises when the wok sanghai arrived, ingredients not indicated on the menu but in the dishes and others indicated which were not there. I take it to the waitress who tells me I'll find out, they tell me it's normal, it's the basis of all woks, I would have liked to know that from the start but it's not marked on the menu. For the rest, I am told that I am wrong. I bring it up again at the time of the addition because I am sure of myself and then the cook tells me, oh well, I was wrong. So apart from the parmesan pesto pasta which is good the rest is good but nothing crazy. The flavors of the wok are good overall but too spicy and it is not specified either. The base of the woks should be written on the card at least for allergens and for people's tastes. you have what the chef wants to serve you by feeling and you have to do with it and you have nothing to say. Once not twice. I don't recommend.

17/03/2024: I rarely leave mixed reviews usually. But the person who served us asked us to leave a review. So I'm going to do it this time. My partner and I went to try Le Newyorkais because we wanted to discover new restaurants. Thanks to an offer on The Fork platform, we could benefit from -50% on a selection of products in this restaurant. First surprise when you arrive there: desserts are not included in the reduction. It was indicated on The Fork "excluding menus and drinks", but not "excluding desserts". The setting is nice. We really liked the decoration of the small terrace. We started by ordering a smoothie which, despite its high price, was honestly delicious. We then ordered a pasta dish each: pesto and salmon. The prices of these dishes were 13€ and 17€ respectively. And that's where it gets stuck, especially for the pesto: paying €13 for 100g of penne with pesto and parmesan seemed much too expensive for the quantity offered. Luckily we had The Fork discount. And again, even at half price, I found it expensive. As for me, I finished my meal elsewhere 🫤 The people who took care of the service that day were quite friendly. That, we must admit :) I also give them the benefit of the doubt, because they indicated twice that "the chef (cook) was not there at lunchtime". There is a student menu for €9 on the menu which seems a little more interesting. However, the big downside regarding the quality/quantity/price ratio of the main course persists. And the main course is still essential in a meal.

I didn't put a knife to their throat for telling me that! and I am also not responsible for the notice posted by a certain Morgan Detoi who clearly said that she had been sick for 5 days and had gone to the clinic! so I don't know if it's true that you serve chat to your customers! but as I am a local guide I have to warn people about a possible problem and I judged that this poor lady's food poisoning was serious enough to warn people, then if people lie about cat meat OK . but I don't think the lady invented it was intoxicated! we don't say these things for plums or shrimps! in the meantime you can file a complaint if it makes you happy, I too will file a complaint for defamation because I have heard that people are talking about me behind my back! It was Father Emmanuel who confirmed it to me! I just think that all the shrimp 🍤 in Ganges are dying of jealousy towards me! being a local guide who stands out for her outspokenness! I don't leave little hen RICE indifferent! yeah different Cantonese and crazy RICE! we have them all in the poop! On that note, I don't give a damn about your buffoonish restaurant! and long life to your M & nem's!
