06/04/2024: Terribly disappointed by the incredibly slow service...the dishes arrived before the aperitifs...learning cocktails is recommended because what was served was in no way what we should have had, everything was hot (no ice cubes) and the glasses were not adequate...the bottle of water arrived at the end of the meal...the welcoming of "to go" customers was unwelcome at the entrance and so close to the people dining..
Fortunately the makis were delicious and the gesture on the bill was welcome.

28/03/2024: What a treat we have at the Junque d'Or... the products are fresh, the dishes well executed, beautiful presentation and good associated wines. Very warm welcome and professional service. One of my favorite restaurants in Metz!

11/03/2024: Simple reason when they clear out at 1:30 p.m. they slam the plates and throw the cutlery that the ears hurt unbearably
They do it on purpose so that we can get out, they want to go back,,!,,,, unfriendly the young man if he could step on his face he would do it, no smile really a dirty face.
But nothing to say about the dishes, I no longer think it’s my cup of tea. They don't respect customers too bad

30/03/2024: Fatty dish, tasteless and extremely salty (as well as the bill).
€3.70 for a tap water syrup…
But the most worrying thing is the state of the men's toilets for the first lunch service (Same as the rave party after 3 days of celebrations).
We have every right to worry about the kitchen.
Moral: We will never again pass through the door of the establishment in these conditions and above all I hesitate to contact a hygiene inspector as a good citizen.

In summary :
- Frozen meals.
- Food reheated several times in the microwave
- Poor quality.
- Grease absolutely everywhere.
- All dishes are bathed in oil.
- Decors ordered on Aliexpress
- An atmosphere similar to the local PMU bar
- Absent customer service.
- The VERY high price of €24 (weekend).

With fried onions in spring rolls 😱 with overcooked, rubbery spring rolls 😳
On the other hand, I very little appreciated the fact that the waitress took my card to do contactless without even having time to check the amount and without asking me for authorization to touch my means of payment.
In any case, thanks to the young man who took care of the wok who managed the cooking to perfection.

16/02/2024: We went to eat at the Royal Alzette, we served ourselves hot and half of what we had was very spicy even though it wasn't even indicated on the posters, there was simply the name of the dish but not additional indications. We found ourselves having to eat our entire plate which we didn't like because it was way too spicy, so as not to be penalized with the 10€ waste...
Otherwise, nothing to complain about, it would just be necessary to indicate whether a dish is spicy or not.

I see a lot of people criticizing the prices but these people are afraid of the quality it seems?? Hello, we're at a caterer. I don't understand how people still don't know the difference. For my part, I really appreciate the beef satay, you feel that the products are fresh and it’s always a treat to eat there. I recommend 100%.
28/02/2024: commande à emporter passée hier... pour 535 grammes de riz nature cela coute 8 euros .... 15 euros le kilo ????? pour un riz NATURE trop cuit qui plus est ?quant aux poulets curry ou à la pékinoise 32 euros le kilo c'est cher trop cher!

26/03/2024: Being used to Asian restaurants, we decided to try this one today based on the opinions of Internet users. What has he taken from us!?! Even if she is pleasant to the waitress, we don't know if she is able to smile at all. As for the kitchen...what a horror! 8 different dishes purchased and not a single acceptable one in the lot, even the simple vegetable noodles were terrible.
24/03/2024: What a shame, takeaway, no smile, almost the customer bothers, the rice not good, the noodles no more vegetables in it, the Phoenix specialty, tasteless, it's good in my old days, the samosa remains very good but that's not save roof

03/04/2024: I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time, I never had a problem until last Saturday. My friend and I had food poisoning... the rice was dry and stuck, the dishes were much too salty, the products were probably not fresh. I won't go back there again!

Arrives at 12:30 p.m. during the week buffet of dishes practically empty..entrance buffet the food is lukewarm..
The wok although the waiter is friendly the squid is hard as wood..dessert buffet only chemical defrosted or canned fruit..
Drinks water we will bring you a 25cl plastic bottle 🤔
A quick trip to the toilet didn't even think about it black switches sink full of black dust and broken flush in the disabled toilet so it's piling up🙈
A bad experience
23/03/2024: The not too warm welcome upon our arrival, my husband and I were greeted and installed without a word, and we had to wait a good twenty minutes before being offered an aperitif or drinks... we will never go back there again. I prefer the one in Semécourt, the friendly, smiling staff

23/03/2024: Went to eat with a colleague, very satisfied with the very respectful welcome, the food is excellent, there are quite a few choices! we each had an all-you-can-eat menu which was really not bad value for money.
In any case, thank you for this meal!
