08/07/2024: Carte courte, c'est rare. Des spécialités de vapeur parfaitement maîtrisées... Des plats généreux et goûteux... Un riz blanc parfaitement cuit... (Oui, c'est important). Rien à redire c'est parfait sur toute la ligne. Et le service est à la hauteur. Nous reviendrons !

20/07/2024: One of my favorite addresses in Metz. It's excellent and the recipes are always delicious whether to take away or eat in. The staff is friendly and smiling. I recommend without hesitation.

13/07/2024: La référence sur Metz et plus au large en termes de restauration asiatique. J'y suis retournée à plus de 20 ans de distance et y ai retrouvé tout ce qui me plaisait en rapport à une restauration originale, à consommer sur place ou à emporter, dans un environnement propre et accessible. J'avais recherché en vain, d'autres adresses pour déguster des "Banh Bao" dignes de ce nom, sans succès. Quant au poulet sauce péquinoise et autre riz au saucisson, du délice et des recettes constantes avec le temps. Quant aux grincheux, aux personnes qui ne savent pas attendre (j'ai toujours été servi rapidement) ou qui veulent que cette officine historique se mette plus qu'à disposition sans autre pré-séance... passez votre chemin... il y a de l'excès dans certains avis.

27/08/2024: I usually never post a review when I'm disappointed, but now I have to. I admit that I didn't need to look at the previous reviews to know that this restaurant had changed ownership. I think that serving dishes like the ones we ate is really not right. Sincerely hoping that you improve. For our part, we will unfortunately move on in the future. Good luck.

30/07/2024: Customers for over 20 years, it was the only Asian restaurant where we ate! Never disappointed, it was always great! Unfortunately since Tham left, the kitchen has slowly deteriorated! We had already complained a little about a few products over the months, And there, this Friday, really disappointed! It was too much! Tham help, come back!! In the window: The spring rolls with lots of little black dots of faded oil, the dry caps, zero vegetables in the sticky vegetable noodles, overcooked chicken skewers, the meats in sauces drowned in a broth that was half sauce and half water, the confined rice which stank of vinegar, disgusting (when we opened our container at home), And nothing was good! The cook who arrives from outside and who the boss calls madame as if they don't know each other??? Ah! Well why not, let's move on...... In short, really disappointed! We won't go back there again, Too bad after so many years.
