31/03/2024: This market offers a wide variety of food and wine not to be missed. You can buy products or eat them while sitting at the bar of some of the stalls. The quality of the products is really good and the prices are reasonable.

The Phò is magnificent!
First for me, the Vietnamese pancake made with egg, I only knew it with steamed rice paper.
The house cocktail (without alcohol) is good.
22/02/2024: Spicy shrimp this afternoon, absolutely delicious. I hesitated to steal a crab ravioli from my dining companion but by the time I found a stratagem he had finished his plate. Damage. Extra welcome.

02/04/2024: We had a really nice meal here. I am vegan and I was able to get delicious food, the portions are very big. My family eat meat and they really enjoyed their meals. The service was good and friendly. It's a cute restaurant and we will definitely go again if we find ourselves in Pau. The price was good value for money.

09/03/2024: Beautifully decorated in a vintage style, My little café is “the place to be” today. In my opinion the prices are a little high.
07/03/2024: Located in the center of Bayonne, access via pedestrian streets, ideal for drinking an excellent espresso or enjoying slices of homemade cake. Haven't tried the salads or charcuterie plates yet but we'll come back!

26/03/2024: Name has been changed to Viet Nam. This restaurant is the restart of the Vietnamese restaurant previously established there with an apparently new owner. NB! Also a different phone number. The interior has been completely renovated (the entrance door has still not been repaired) but with its harsh white lighting and lack of decoration, it looks more like a Spanish "cantina". The service is sloppy with a poorly dressed and very (loose) long-haired lady. The food is composed of high-quality material, but prepared in a flat and unimaginative manner. Background music is missing.

10/09/2023: I ate in this restaurant with my wife, the pho soup is not pho soup but rather a tasteless fatty beef broth, then for the dishes, Thai duck and Peking pork, the two dishes lacked taste, we We're disgusted to have spent money to eat something not good....the service was okay, but the main thing is still the food! And it's not won! I strongly advise against it!
10/09/2023: Pho soup which is not one, crispy spring rolls not bad but dishes really not good. Fat, sauce with a mediocre texture, tasteless... rice not fresh right away!
