21/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch at Étienne's.
Every time I visit my son in Lasbordes, I make sure to stop by Étienne's before heading back to the Landes region.
I recommend it 1000%! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and the menu is simply superb.
The cassoulet is a true delight for the taste buds.

25/05/2026: We stopped for a coffee on our bike ride along the canal. Very welcoming, great location.
10/05/2026: We came with friends and had a wonderful meal inside. The fish was delicious and the side dishes perfect!
The appetizers and desserts were impeccable. The dining room was pleasant, as was the waitress. 😝

17/05/2026: There's no information about the actual opening hours of the tobacco shop; it displays incorrect hours because even the door shows different hours that aren't respected. I would only recommend it as a last resort.
