The service was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the setting truly superb, especially by the canal. The wine was also very good. However, I was a little disappointed with the food, which really wasn't to my taste. But I should point out that it's acceptable for a €33 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert). The gravlax salmon was fluorescent pink, very salty, and smoky: ultimately quite far from what I expect from gravlax. The same goes for the cassoulet: much, much too salty. And finally, the vanilla ice cream didn't impress me either: a very bright yellow color and a taste that really didn't taste high-quality. In the end, it's a shame, because everything else was there for a wonderful experience: a very pretty setting, a lovely table, good wine, and above all, very pleasant service. In such a location, right in the heart of the Lauragais region, I would have truly loved to see French and Toulouse cuisine showcased more prominently, with ingredients and preparations worthy of our region and its gastronomic heritage. A rather mixed experience for me: the setting and service were excellent, but the food was less so.

Great place! We had a delicious meal – goat cheese salad with figs and homemade fries, and short ribs (very good meat) with fries. Quick service and the staff were very friendly. Thank you! 🤩

Cycling the Canal du Midi, it was very hot, we were with children and the very friendly waitress filled our water bottles from the tap. We didn't drink anything but we will go back to do so. Very friendly, good atmosphere and everything looks very good. Thank you!!

True simplicity and true quality. A very good restaurant.

Despite being turned away because the restaurant was full, we had a beer and the waiter offered to let us wait for a table that would soon become available. We ordered the set menu, which was perfect. A very charming and peaceful inn with professional service. We will return as soon as possible.

The staff were very friendly. The cassoulet was delicious. The cod fillet was also excellent. For dessert, the figs stuffed with vanilla ice cream were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it!

On the canal bank, in a quiet spot, a great coffee break during a bike ride. And for lunch, to take away, I really enjoyed their Swedish salmon sandwich. It's very generously filled ;)

We came with friends and had a wonderful meal inside. The fish was delicious and the side dishes perfect! The appetizers and desserts were impeccable. The dining room was pleasant, as was the waitress. 😝

The dishes are varied and excellent, featuring local and seasonal produce. The cassoulet is particularly good, especially with beans from Occitanie! A good selection of wines and desserts. A warm and friendly welcome. A place to remember.
