Nothing to say Well, nothing to complain about!!! We have 100% of what we are looking for: a good cassoulet. No showing off, no blabla, taste, gourmand, to the fullest. Many thanks, the recipe works: it’s full. Nb: we will come back

Went to Etienne’s and were not disappointed. Excellent and unlimited cassoulet with meats and beans. Really delicious. The staff is very friendly and cheerful, open to discussion and jokes. We had a great time with my in-laws. I recommend this establishment without any reservation. A repeat without hesitation.

The cassoulet was "normally" good. I didn't find what I expected given the reputation. The service was very efficient despite the impressive number of place settings served. A very large, clean room with no particular character but unfortunately very noisy.
