09/08/2026: We absolutely loved this place! We were delighted with everything – the atmosphere, the food, and especially the wonderful service. If you want to experience authentic French cuisine, Brasserie Le France is the perfect place. Located right in the heart of Mane, it quickly became our favourite restaurant during our stay. We came back every single evening for an entire week, and every visit was a pleasure. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. You can also easily communicate in English, which made us feel even more comfortable. A very special thank you and warmest greetings to Matilde and the entire team! ❤️ You made our evenings in Mane truly memorable. We already can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts! 🇫🇷❤️

05/05/2026: May 1, 2026. Two nights. Hotel in the town square. Parking nearby, right in front. Room with a double bed, small but renovated bathroom, overlooking the square. Half-board: breakfast with hot drinks, juices, excellent croissants, bread, butter, jam, and yogurt. Dinner with a choice of two dishes and dessert, the daily special always excellent. Excellent value. It's not our first time here, and we'll be back.

19/08/2026: Horrible! White pasta served with a "blanquette" (if you can even call it that). Result: an inedible dish. DO NOT GO!!!! Bonus: a fly in the dish

01/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, varied daily specials, both meat and fish. The owner also offers vegetarian options. Very welcoming, well done! 👏

09/06/2026: Nice hotel, good staff, a somewhat older hotel which is noticeable in the rooms. We were here with our motorcycles.

07/10/2025: Locally sourced cuisine, fresh and light, served on a cozy terrace in the shade of a chestnut tree in Place Charles Panier. And if Nini tells you, with her charming accent, that she doesn't have time to serve you right now... Give her some time and come back a little later after taking a stroll through Entrevaux ;-)

05/10/2025: The concept is great, the dishes are excellent and colorful. The downside is the atmosphere created by the owner, which isn't very pleasant; it was a bit awkward.
