16/03/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome last Saturday! We were a table of eight, and everything was impeccable: the service, the food, and the overall atmosphere. We ate very well; they try their best to make homemade food, the ingredients are local, and you can tell they do things right.
The Swiss fondue was one of the best I've had in a very long time. For those who are truly dedicated, you can ask for the religieuse pastry at the end 😉
The breaded escalope also looked very good. The desserts are generous and delicious!
We were offered génépi liqueur, and I must mention that!

26/02/2026: Great atmosphere! We'd like to thank the person who waited 15 minutes before we arrived, even though we hadn't made a reservation.
The prices are very reasonable, the dishes are original, and on top of that, they're delicious!
24/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant with my wife and friends, and it was simply DELICIOUS!!
We received a very warm welcome and excellent service!
The pizzas were truly delicious!
The cozy atmosphere was really pleasant!

22/03/2026: I eat at many Michelin-starred restaurants, and why this one doesn't have at least two stars is the question I asked myself. It was really very good… perfect seasoning 👍 I recommend it.
16/03/2026: A superb experience at Le Feuillée restaurant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner from beginning to end. Chef Louis Gachet's cuisine is exquisitely refined, with dishes that artfully blend Provençal and Burgundian flavors. The combinations are subtle, balanced, and bursting with flavor, making each plate a true delight.
A big thank you also to the entire front-of-house team for their service, which was both highly professional and exceptionally friendly. We immediately felt welcome, and the attention given to our guests truly contributed to the quality of the experience.
We had a wonderful evening and will cherish the memory of this special occasion.

Don't come here looking for a 5-star hotel ⭐️
Instead, come and treat yourself to the luxury of local cuisine and the warm welcome of the Alps, without the clatter of ski lifts, but with the discreet departure of a gondola that will drop you off right in the heart of the slopes or at the starting points for hiking or snowshoeing.
The welcome in January was so pleasant that I returned in March. An exceptional year of snow!!!
Between the delicious breakfast, the soundproofed rooms, the cheerful staff, and the setting where it's wonderful to dig in your snowshoes in the company of a friendly dog, I had a wonderful time.

However, the rooms are a bit dated.

07/10/2025: Locally sourced, flowery, and light cuisine served on a cozy terrace in the shade of a chestnut tree on Place Charles Panier. And if Nini tells you in her sing-song accent that she doesn't have time to serve you right now... Give her time and come back a little later after taking a little stroll around Entrevaux ;-)
05/10/2025: The concept is great, the dishes are excellent and colorful. The downside is that the atmosphere created by the owner is not very pleasant, it was a bit embarrassing.
