Pierre Jean, our host at our room in Peyriac, raved about it.
A masterful menu with excellent value for money.
The owner, whom I'll call "Octopus Man" 😅, because he's always on the go ☝️, even takes the time to greet the customers. He's a machine.
Just a small suggestion, and this is just my opinion: some background music and placemats would be even better.

25/02/2026: A fantastic find! From the pizzas to the Camembert platter, everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients are high-quality, well-prepared, and generously portioned.
Special mention goes to the friendly staff, the warm welcome, and the attentive, smiling service from beginning to end. You truly feel welcome.
A wonderful place with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!
22/10/2025: We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant where we ate pizzas. They were simply delicious! The dough was excellent, the toppings fresh and plentiful. A real treat.
The waiter was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Everything is perfect, from the warm welcome to the quality of the food. The professionalism is truly delightful, with servers and managers who take excellent care of their customers.

12/12/2023: While on a road trip around France visiting different vineyards we decided to book an overnight stay that also included wine tasting immediately upon arrival, tour of the vineyard, a full evening meal and overnight stay. Such a comprehensive package n experience meant that we were able to really appreciate the fine wines (and rare grape variety) that were offered. From the moment of our arrival to the point of our departure it was a first class experience. Our hosts were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It was such an indulgent experience. I can’t recommend highly enough. Would love to go back one day😊

08/09/2024: We first stumbled on this excellent canal-side restaurant in July 2024 and had an excellent dinner with wonderful tellines persilade to start with and followed up with fillet of turbot also very good. There's a strong emphasis on fish and seafood here but not exclusively so something for most tastes. The chef is talented, knows his craft and prepares fresh innovative dishes presented with flair and care. So good was gthe first visit we stopped again now in September for lunch...lovely moules buchot followed up with a blanquette fo homard and sole. The desserts can be both tempting and dangerous! Try the Frozen Gin - with cucumber sorbet.....brilliant. Nice friendly service and a chef who takes pride in his work. This is a keeper!

09/07/2024: Ici il y a un vrai cuisinier qui se décarcasse pour faire plaisir à ces clients. Les assiettes sont soignées et juste. Avec l'agneau j'ai eu la joie de le voir accompagné de 5 légumes différents (au lieu de simple frites à la c..) !!! Tout était trés bien, merci chef !!
De dehors ça paye pas de mine mais un trés bel effort floréal en terrasse réjouit tout l'ensemble, bravo!!
Super service "personnalisé", atypique et, sincère, gentil et souriant, merci !!
Entré, plat, dessert à 25euros.
Les bouteilles de vin commence à 19e.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix !!
