08/08/2026: Perfect. We're on holiday in Caunes and places like this are rare near us. We all loved it: the welcome, the family atmosphere, the "boss" as the pizza maker calls her, the food... the pizzas were truly delicious, it had been a very long time since we'd had such good ones... a delight... An address to remember!

28/08/2026: Google said it was open until 10 pm, but we arrived at 5:30 pm on a Friday and the store was closed. Our day was ruined.

22/10/2025: Such an amazing experience. Liz and Joe were the most gracious hosts and treated my partner and I exceptionally. With an incredibly informative tour, exceptional food and world class wine. Anything written in this review doesn't do the evening we spent with them enough credit to an unforgettable night and lovley people. If we ever have the opportunity of being in the region again, we will be returning.

24/09/2025: Winery visit: it is impossible to overstate the warmth of hospitality of Joe and Liz! We arrived as strangers, and left feeling like family. The winery tour was everything we could have hoped for: starting with a chilled glass of white on the terrace overlooking the hills, tasting grapes on the vine about to be harvested, a tour of the equipment, pouring wines straight from the tank and dipping a cask, with Joe telling anecdotes about the history as well as explaining how it’s done. Finally Liz’s amazing and generous cooking in their beautiful dining room, including her home-cured salmon. She even tweaked the menu to ensure that our young Asian friends got a home-cooked rice dish. Convivial doesn’t begin to describe it. Thankfully, Liz also arranged with our taxi driver to come back rather later than originally planned 😂. Practical note: it’s about 20 minutes drive from Carcassonne and they can recommend taxi drivers.

03/08/2026: A children's menu at €7.50 is expensive for a fast food restaurant, especially considering that adult menus are around €8.50-€9.

29/06/2026: I ordered delivery. In the photo they show the burger as two-tiered, but when you receive it 😂 there's just a tiny slice of chicken on one tier, obviously, and you have to search for it. Please post the correct photo because this is a scam.
