16/08/2026: Distressing behaviour from server completely ruined our night. ​I would much rather leave a good review, and I genuinely sympathise with how stressful working in hospitality can be, but this meal was an absolute disaster and completely ruined our night. ​We ordered two bottles of wine and the starters were actually delicious. After that, everything went downhill fast. ​We both went for the 45 euro set menu and picked the same main. Even though we asked for separate plates, they brought out what was clearly just one single portion for the two of us to share: one skewer with six miniature pieces of beef, two tiny carrots, and a quarter of a potato. For that price, it was a joke. I brought it up with the waiter, but he basically just shrugged it off with a quick sorry and did nothing about it. They also completely forgot the cheese course until we had to ask for it. ​The biggest issue, however, was the behaviour from the lady serving. To be fair, she was perfectly pleasant whenever she came to our table. It was like she put on a mask the second she stepped outside. What she clearly did not realise was that everyone on the terrace could see and hear everything happening inside. She was screaming at her coworker, throwing menus at him, and kicked a bar stool across the floor. We could hear her crying from our seats outside, and when I came out of the toilet, she was visibly weeping by the till. It was awful to see someone in that state, but having that level of volatile conflict happening right in front of diners and families with young children sitting at adjacent tables was totally unacceptable. ​Her behaviour created such a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere that it completely killed our evening. We ended up paying the bill, leaving our wine on the table, ditching dessert, and heading to a nearby bar just to get away from it all. Good starter, but an utterly dreadful experience.
