20/05/2026: We went to La Rocha one weekday evening in the pouring Marseille rain. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but we had a wonderful time. The cuisine was high-quality oriental, featuring mezze. A member of the staff prepared the stuffed grape leaves by hand right in front of us. The portions were generous, and the price was more than reasonable for a restaurant at the start of the Corniche. The owner was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Her welcome was warm, and I had a wonderful evening.
08/09/2026: A place out of time. It's always a pleasure to meet up there and share a large Caesar salad, aioli, or zucchini blossom tempura under the plane trees. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. You can even let the children play safely in the square. A place I highly recommend!

02/09/2026: We ordered a mozzarella pizza without the toppings, and it arrived with just the toppings, very burnt. Since it was meant to be a surprise, it arrived when we went to eat. If you don't have a waitress, just say you don't.

18/05/2026: Very disappointed with this meal. The asparagus starter was undercooked, the fish was a small fillet of sea bream served on a bed of peas and broccoli, cold as if straight from the fridge, and the dessert was simple: three tasteless strawberries drowned in industrial whipped cream. All this for €48 per person without wine.

18/09/2026: Business lunch at Les 7 Thèmes today, and a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent, the service was attentive and on time—I had a pressing matter early this afternoon and was able to leave without any stress.
The location in Septèmes is convenient, especially for those working in the area. I will gladly return, particularly for business meetings.

08/05/2026: Ordered Uber Eats today, only ate one meal, and had severe stomach pain, requiring several trips to the bathroom. I strongly advise against it; this is the second time I've had this problem, but I didn't think it was related to the Uber Eats.
