18/08/2026: Wide selection of burgers to suit all tastes; the brioche bun is good, served with fries. **AIR-CONDITIONED DINING ROOM Very friendly welcome and fast service, displayed on a screen. Only downside: the restrooms were under renovation and didn't have a sink on the day of my visit. Great meal, I recommend it!

25/07/2026: I'm 55 years old, and I've never eaten so well as today! How is it that this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star? I eat out very often, and I traveled from Belfort to try this restaurant, which had been highly recommended to me. The cuisine was breathtaking. The dishes were refined and elegant, everything was very fresh, and above all, the homemade quality was immediately apparent. I invite the Michelin Guide inspectors to visit this restaurant and experience this sumptuous gastronomy. I particularly commend the chef of this restaurant, who must use all his expertise to create such spectacular dishes. Keep up the good work; I will definitely be back. Sincere congratulations!

17/08/2026: We loved the warm welcome, the ambiance, the great and nice waiter and the beautiful and very tasteful courses. However, and we dont mean it personally, the sommelier? We dont know what he actually did, like he could not be bothered. Advice? Suggestions? We asked for a wine pairing with our 5 course menu which is a huge part of the whole experience. Not possible because people are different with different taste? Yes? So what? Then you can still offer different wines with every course ? He suggested red and white. For us that was a not so great part of the evening. We have had dinners all over in restaurants with one star and this is for us the first time. I would not suggest this personaly and purely based on this complete lack of wine experience, we would have been happy to pay more.

22/05/2026: Spacious and clean room, very very friendly and helpfull staff! They have a nice garden where you can have a drink and the breakfast is extensive. We felt right at home! The hotel is located a bit outside of the center, which makes parking easy. You can walk to the center through a lovely park.

07/08/2026: We had dinner for two. Simmental rib-eye steak with peppercorn and/or maître d'hôtel sauce, side vegetables and/or crudités and fries. No complaints about the quality, a pleasant time on the summer terrace with friendly and energetic waitresses. For dessert, I recommend the frozen orange and Grand Marnier soufflé, a surprising and original dessert.

06/08/2026: Superb restaurant! I highly recommend the homemade foie gras, which I absolutely love. The service is impeccable, the cleanliness perfect, the ambiance and decor magical, and the flavors! It's a delight every time I visit.

07/08/2026: Made a last minute decision to eat here, most of the dishes were quite good, the salads were fresh and great flavour. The veggie burger and fries were a bit bland honestly. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

01/08/2026: unfortunately our male waiter did not care for us - which kind of ruined what could have been a very nice dinner right next to Lauch river. When asked if there was a non alcoholic aperitif (god forbid my pregnant wife wants to toast with me) his tone got really condescending and he said "you can have cola zero"?? food was hit and miss. starters were good, but my veal was completely overcooked. for my taste there was way too much garlic in every dish. fortunately there are better options in colmar.

01/08/2026: We were there on a Friday evening, had a reservation, and got a lovely table on the terrace right by the canal. The two female servers were very friendly. However, we had a male server who seemed very stressed and was curt. We had to wait a very long time for him to come to us; we felt unwelcome and that he really didn't take any time for us. When we asked for a non-alcoholic aperitif, we were quickly offered a Coke. The food tasted good, but the veal was unfortunately extremely tough, and the chicken was only lukewarm. We had to wait quite a while for our food. With better service and organization, this could become a good fine dining establishment.

18/06/2026: Great bar! Wide selection of drinks, from cocktails and beers to soft drinks, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is fantastic, friendly and lively without being too noisy. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. Perfect for a great night out with friends. Highly recommended!
