18/06/2026: I've known Anatolia for a long time. I live in Saint-Claude and I go there regularly. But finally… YES, finally in Saint-Claude I can eat something other than sandwiches!
Between the stuffed eggplant, the moussaka, the generously topped salads, and the other dishes on offer, it's a real treat. Everything is delicious, hearty, and you can even get takeout.
Honestly, it's a wonderful surprise!
03/06/2026: What a great idea this bread is! Large enough to hold a good amount of food, but not so much as to be overwhelming. The originality and freshness of the parsley in the filling are noticeable and appreciated.
And speaking of fillings, the balance between the meat and the seasonings is masterful (all four of our kebabs were similar) and subtle. The meat and spices provide that final, perfectly coated and seasoned touch.
A pleasant place with a welcoming atmosphere.

22/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome.
However, there was an unpleasant smell due to the aging carpeting on the upper floors, and I was very surprised to see carpeting in the restaurant as well!
The elevator and air conditioning are very noisy.
It's a shame because with a few improvements it would be fantastic.
10/06/2026: The hotel is very well located. It has a lot of charm, with a balcony overlooking the salt flats. The owner's warm welcome, helpfulness, and kindness are particularly noteworthy.

20/07/2026: This kind of comment is really not like me.
We arrived to help with our children's move around, around 12:15 pm, and asked about having lunch for six people, including one child. We were told NO, there wasn't room for six.
I must admit we still don't understand. There was plenty of space on the terrace, and the dining room was empty. Perhaps we'll get an explanation, because that day it was pointless to ask...
19/07/2026: Too bad I can't give zero stars... We stopped by on a whim, arrived, the manager gave us a dirty look and, without even saying hello, simply told us "WE ARE FULL" and left without a word of apology, goodbye, nothing at all! Well... You should be a little more polite, madam.

Following your message regarding my Booking reservation, I have just contacted your establishment by phone.
I regret to find that you are unable to confirm, even before my arrival at the hotel, whether my request can be accommodated. Such information seemed to me to be the bare minimum expected in terms of customer service.
Under these circumstances, and to avoid any unnecessary travel, I prefer to cancel my reservation.
Thank you nonetheless for your response and I wish you all the best.
17/05/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was delicious! The setting is relaxing with views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place.
