02/03/2024: We had a very good evening in a beautiful restaurant in a mountain setting. Very attentive owners, I recommend the braserade and their homemade caramel rice pudding, without forgetting the morello cherries (tail rouettes for those who know 😅). Just the wine a little expensive.

06/03/2024: After a week of stay, I can say that the dishes are very good. A reduced menu compared to 2 years ago but still just as good.
If I can make any comments it would be: reduce the wait for the dishes. Allowing 1h30 to eat regardless of the influence is still a lot.
It would have been nice to offer more vegetables. Out of the parsnip puree there are not many vegetables offered on the menu. Choosing between fries and green beans would be nice.
The staff is always so kind and attentive!
