30/03/2026: A very good restaurant with decent service. Wines at reasonable prices. We had the 7-course tasting menu for €160, which is definitely worth trying. We enjoyed it.

28/03/2026: I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience compels me to. The setting is superb, the food is outstanding, and the staff is impeccable—a true 5/5 in all these aspects. But precisely, that's what makes everything else incomprehensible. How can such a refined establishment, which prides itself on being close to nature, display birds crammed into a small glass box at its entrance, like stuffed animals? Too many for the available space, surrounded by artificial plants, with questionable water in a simple saucer… Is this what La Mare aux Oiseaux is supposed to be? The contrast is frankly disappointing. Such a remarkable place absolutely doesn't need this to exist. You should reconsider this practice.
