25/05/2026: A perfect stay from start to finish!
As a tour bus driver, I stayed at this hotel with a group of seniors, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, including the restaurant, the welcome, and the overall organization, there was nothing to complain about.
A big thank you to the manager, Dominique, who is excellent, as well as to Hicham, the group manager, who was simply exceptional in his management and follow-up. Special mention also goes to our guide, Pietro, who greatly contributed to the success of this trip.
The rooms are spotless, and the food delighted all my travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

04/09/2026: If you love chocolates and sweets you must try this place. They have a good selection of chocolates along with their traditional bergamot candies.
Since I hadn't tried bergamot candies before, the sales lady offered me a sample. It wasn't my flavor of choice.
01/09/2026: I was given a box of chocolates from your shop.
The chocolates are covered with a white film, a sign that they're not very fresh.
I won't tell the person who gave them to me because she was too proud to tell me they were from the Maison des Sœurs Macarons... Anyway, I'll wait a while before telling her so she can go buy some from another shop.

07/10/2026: Disappointed with the welcome, I went back inside to ask for a coffee. The waitress immediately told me I had to wait, in a rather unfriendly tone, because she was serving a gentleman, even though I had barely stepped inside.
28/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The food was excellent, full of flavor and prepared with care. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A unique touch: no Coca-Cola, but Fritz Kola, which we loved! An excellent alternative that perfectly complemented the meal. We had a great time and will gladly return.

01/10/2026: The restaurant is located in the very heart of Nancy. We left feeling satisfied, and the prices are reasonable. One small drawback, however, is that like many popular establishments in the area and in this price range, the dishes are often rather ordinary in their preparation. It doesn't have that homemade feel, that the ingredients are 100% fresh... I don't mean to be unkind, as the menu doesn't claim to be entirely homemade or 0% frozen, but you can definitely taste the difference. You go there to eat, not for a gastronomic experience, which isn't even what they're aiming for.

23/08/2026: I ordered three kebabs today from a home delivery website: a Maxi Kebab meal (fries + drink), a Belgian kebab with fries, and a regular kebab.
The order was half empty and incorrect. I received a regular kebab instead of a Maxi meal, two ridiculously empty fries, and a Belgian kebab without any sauce.
None of the kebabs matched the order.
Even though the order didn't cost me €200, I really felt ripped off. Very disappointed.

13/08/2026: Incredible! When asked if he makes trellises, he gets offended and angry, telling me he's not a pastry chef, he's useless.
06/08/2026: Where to begin... The advertised meat was cooked over a wood fire, which was the reason we came to this restaurant.
After ordering, I saw the wood-fired oven was off, so I mentioned it to the owner, who told me he hadn't lit it... The least they could do is inform their customers upon arrival.
Then there's the hygiene, which is deplorable, from the toilets to the dining area. It's a real dump. Very disappointed. Never again!

04/09/2026: Condiments are not included in the dishes. Therefore, fries are charged separately. Since when do you serve a meat dish without condiments or charge for them separately? 🤔
04/09/2026: We were very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome was particularly cold and unfriendly. Then came the unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived: we were charged extra for items that weren't clearly listed on the menu, and, more importantly, no one had informed us that these changes would incur additional charges.
We had simply asked to replace the salad with some fries. The result: €15 charged for a portion of fries to share between two people, without having been informed of the price beforehand.
And to top it all off, we found a hair in our food…
Between the reception, the lack of transparency regarding prices, and the hygiene issues, the experience was frankly disappointing. For the price paid, one would expect a minimum level of professionalism and respect for the customer.
We will not be returning and unfortunately do not recommend this establishment.

19/08/2024: On a attendu + d 1 heure pour avoir notre plat. Bruit dans la salle à la limite du supportable donc impossible de se parler, même le serveur ne nous entendait pas et comble de bonheur, une chanteuse avec sono dans la salle juste à côté. Elle chantait bien la pauvre mais bcp trop fort. Impossible de prendre le dessert. Dommage
03/07/2024: Très bonne adresse pour manger de bons fruits de mer de qualité.
Je ne met pas la note maximale car il n'y a plus les profiteroles !!! Pouvez vous les remettre à la carte svp !!!!!
