30/01/2024: I have known Milesker for around ten years, I often came with my family, my colleagues or my friends. I regret having to say this but I won't come anymore.
When we came at the beginning of the year, the sangrias were undrinkable and everyone knew that we had been served the bottom of a container. A pretty smile, no fuss, milesker....
22/12/2023: Good meal. With care.
Surprise amination made by them, knowing my daughter's birthday. We were truly touched to the bottom of our hearts.

30/03/2024: I was looking for a good place to have something typical for dinner and I found this place next to my hotel. The waiter speaks Spanish and allowed me to reserve a table for a little later.
I ordered a buckwheat crepe and I loved it. The truth is that I have never tried anything like this. They have a lot of variety, crepes, talos, salads...
The place is small, and the tables are somewhat close together, but otherwise… great.

The Alotz mill, a gourmet stopover.
A place full of serenity and tranquility in a bucolic setting.
Bold, creative cuisine, a real palette of flavors with a lovely presentation. A farandole of dishes, each more surprising than the last, without a false note. The culinary walk was exceptional.
Nice food and wine pairing.
The service is perfectly paced and pleasant.
Congratulations chef Fabrice Idiart for taking over this institution, thank you for coming to exchange a few words with us and a big thank you to your team.

24/03/2024: We had booked a room at Villa Navarre for our son's graduation.
The setting is magnificent, we had lunch on the terrace facing the park with a view of the Pyrenees.
The staff are charming and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay, despite being understaffed.
The food was delicious, even if the price seemed a little high to us.
The house is truly magnificent. The only downside is that the rooms could do with some serious updating.
