21/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Bellifontain restaurant last night. The dishes were delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the sweet and savory chocolate/rillette dessert (with the mystery sorbet), a true taste sensation and a real delight! Thanks also to the chef for his attentiveness and all his fascinating explanations about the dishes. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

05/04/2026: Thank you for offering 100% gluten-free menus; for once, we can choose what we want from the menu without worry. Excellent value for money. Top-notch service. In the heart of Le Mans' old town.
