06/04/2024: Renata Franca treatment to ESCAPE! Absolutely scandalous service, not even at the level of a simple drainage at a Kine.
Unpleasant practitioner and not attentive to comments.
The management, informed of this fiasco, does not even apologize and throws in a copy of a diploma (which, however, does not appear on the Renata Franca website).
Add to that a cold and smelly hammam…
In short, flee this spa.
09/03/2024: Only visited the bar, it looks great, but just doesn't have the vibe of others close by. Great photo of schilthorn in foyer.
