08/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Bourg-Saint-Maurice… A welcome worthy of a Michelin star, and absolutely divine cuisine. I had the risotto (the best I've ever had, by the way). Impeccable service, a truly cozy place. I'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: We were there for eight nights. The staff is incredibly friendly: each morning we were greeted like old friends. The rooms are functional but cozy. The pool and the spa offer an amazing view on the surrounding mountains and the location is superb in the heart of the skiing area. We had a great stay.

05/04/2026: We came for my stag do and had a fantastic time! The waitress (TIGRESS) will know who she is. We were greeted by smiling and professional waiters and staff. As for the food: PERFECT. A big thumbs up for the Savoyard cordon bleu (perhaps a little underwhelming), but really delicious. Another big plus: we were offered a complimentary digestif at the end of the meal, the ONLY one in the resort! Thank you, finally a place that actually does business! I highly recommend it 🙂 The groom-to-be 😉

09/04/2026: I'm still giving it 3 stars, but clearly thanks to the waitress... The dish arrived cold, and I got food poisoning for the first time in my life. Believe me, I'm never eating fondue again.

28/03/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times; it's right at the foot of the slopes. The welcome was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly. There was a good selection on the menu. The pizza was very good, and the daily special was also great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/04/2026: Honestly, the best kebab I've ever eaten! The meat is succulent, well-seasoned, and made by the chef on-site. The service is quick and attentive, and the ordering kiosk offers a wide variety of choices, making it easy to find what you're looking for. What more can I say except that this kebab is a must-try at least once in your life? I highly recommend it!

21/04/2026: The welcome was impeccable. Located beneath a bar and restaurant, the inn is perfect for meeting people. Upstairs, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. A minor drawback was that we couldn't lock our room. But no matter, we were two pilgrims exhausted from our walk, and we enjoyed discovering this little village, eating by the lake, and chatting with the cheerful owners. A truly unique experience.

06/02/2026: We had a wonderful week at Black Diamond. Communication with the owner was excellent and fast. We were two families (12 people in total) and stayed in the beautiful and charming apartments The Penthouse and Faisan. There was also plenty of room for everyone to eat together in the Faisan apartment. You can ski right up to the apartment, and in the morning, you can walk (a short hill) to the ski lift. Vicky & Dani were on-site, and we could reach them all week with any questions. At the end of the day, a quick text message and 45 minutes later the sauna was on. And after skiing, we enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath in the jacuzzi. The groceries were already there when we arrived on the first day (you can order them online at Super U in Bourg-Sainte-Maurice; pick-up costs €50). And every day they brought fresh bread, croissants, and cappuccinos. A real treat!

05/02/2026: Had a fantastic stay here with my partner – highly recommend. Top-quality accommodation with stunning views, and brilliant concierge service from Dani and Vicky. I was in the spa most days (hot tubs and massages were a real treat!), and being able to ski right back to the terrace is such a bonus. Would definitely return!

16/03/2026: A really nice place to eat and have a drink, with a mountain atmosphere and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the fresh air. Highly recommended!

03/04/2026: I was quite cautious when booking the refuge because various reviews had been mixed. But it turns out the owner has changed, and the quality and hospitality are back! We had absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite! Just one thing to keep in mind: it's not a typical "CAF" (French Alpine Club) refuge, but rather a hostel-style refuge. So you pay more, but the quality is also superior (showers, pool table, rooms, etc.).

29/03/2026: We stayed at the Refuge du Roc with a group of 12 plus 2 guides for a star-shaped ski touring trip. The refuge was a perfect base camp! The climb from Pralognan is a good warm-up but quite accessible to all levels of skiers. The refuge is perfectly equipped, notably with a games room (pool table, darts, video projector), a sauna, and a Nordic bath, which make après-ski very enjoyable! The cook was super friendly, the service impeccable, and the meals delicious.
