24/06/2026: We were recommended this restaurant as a typical Vosges restaurant. Surprise! 60% of the menu was pizza. The €30 set menu, judging by the appearance of the main course, I suspect the delicious pie starter was from a local caterer and not the chef. And to top it all off, the blueberry tart from the region, from Thyriet – the epitome of luxury! In short, a disappointing restaurant for its reputation… Signed, Dav, former Petit Futé guidebook user. 🫡

10/05/2026: Finally, we went! It was pure bliss: kindness, a very warm welcome, the staff and manager were very friendly, cleanliness, fresh products, and excellent cuisine.

11/06/2026: Excellent welcome, the waiter was super friendly and attentive. The meal was delicious. High-quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.
03/06/2026: Every time we come to Gérardmer, we have our first meal at La Geromoise... But this time, what a disappointment! Dirty glasses, flat Coke, the overall condition of the restaurant leaves much to be desired, we didn't receive the dessert we ordered, the waiter and the cook were smoking outside during service, etc., etc.
What a shame! We won't be going back!
