29/11/2024: What flavors!! Four of us came, and we had various types of couscous... all were super good... a treat for the taste buds. The gray boulaouane was excellent… in short, we will come back, that’s for sure…

Wer hier in der Gegend guten Fisch essen will, sollte unbedingt ins L‘Etang gehen. Es gibt jeweils ca 5 Vorspeisen, Hauptgänge und Desserts, die allesamt hausgemacht und absolut köstlich sind. Dazu eine große tolle Weinauswahl. Wir waren einfach glücklich und sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen.
Man kann dabei drinnen, ganz im Freien oder draußen überdacht sitzen und auf den Etang schauen, ein toller Ausblick.
Wir kommen wieder!

11/03/2024: We ate correctly, spending more than €20 for a piece of meat and its accompaniment (rib steak, flank steak).
The cuisine is traditional.
Being numerous, the waitress placed the plates, we did not hear the names of the dishes. Evening with a group, very noisy and lots of smoke.
I would come back but not to eat.
Moreover, after the meal, you have to go through the exit of the discotheque.

08/09/2024: Very happy to find a bistro and a grocery store open on the Cathar trail between Quillan and Puivert, we were very well received there by Erik. Attentive, attentive to his customers. No fuss. Simple local cuisine: we had a plate of regional specialties. Excellent and generous. Controlled prices. A good time. Sabine and Simon

16/05/2024: Getting worse and worse from pkus to more expensive, I order 2 kebabs without menus (thus drinks) confirmed by the waiter on the phone, in the end I leave with 2 kebabs without fries it was necessary to specify with completely fries.... anyway next time we will go to the new kebab it can't be worse 15 euros 2 kebabs alone very expensive!!!
14/05/2024: The person who answers the calls has little desire to sell. We called to place a delivery order (from the truck) speaking basic French and he hung up on us twice without even trying to understand. Very bad experience

01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.
31/08/2024: Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel souriant et agréable, service rapide et efficace.
La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

25/11/2024: De passage dans la région, nous y sommes allés en famille. Attendre 30mn pour avoir l apéro, la moitié des entrées, les autres attendent. Et presque 2 h d attente pour la suite. Il faut attendre la cuisson, voilà la réponse. Alors que nous avons pris des potchs! Vraiment pas à la hauteur des 230€ payé. Quelle déception. 😥😥😥😥
09/11/2024: Braserie avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le café gourmand est au top. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons.
