10/08/2024: Very beautiful, simple place surrounded by nature where the cuisine is simple but very refined, a great site for a stop under the trees after visiting the castle! Congratulations to this dynamic young team who deserve to work.

06/09/2024: A little disappointed after all the comments I've read. We hadn't booked, she pretended to look at the schedule to seat us. First time someone said that to me, "at 8:30 p.m. this table is reserved but you will be finished" ok it was 7:20 p.m.... Having been sitting for 30 minutes, we came to take my order but I still haven't had a card... the wait for the dish was very good. The waitress is very pleasant, warm and smiling. Lots of people passing through, and a lot of people without income who were able to eat like us. We left at 9:30 p.m. and there was no problem regarding the number of places. So I really didn't understand the remark about my time sitting at the table! The pastries are perfect. Concerning the tagine and the couscous I didn't really appreciate it, I know that each dish is different depending on the region and the personal touch but I didn't like it..but hey the tastes and the colors... service clean and beautiful presentation.

18/09/2024: Surely the end of the seasons, the meat not being very tender can happen, when ordering the desserts we were asked if we wanted coffee, as soon as we said it as soon as it was brought, they must have been waiting on the bar and already a little lukewarm and the Desserts arrived at least 5 minutes later. Not very cool. D. Dubois

28/08/2024: I had dinner this evening, by chance, at the bishop's mill. Tonight’s menu American Hamburgers. A real treat. Really very good. The meat is well cooked. It's Delicious The bosses are great. Well done . Good luck and continue to give taste pleasure to customers.
