Restaurant CARO & CO
Bazas
17/10/2026: A truly awful culinary experience unless you're a fan of practically raw lentils and rice.
The service is... inconsistent. Just like the owner, who doesn't seem to listen to criticism and can't count properly either.
Don't go, even if the setting is nice.
27/09/2026: Very good and very tasty, from the welcome to the service, from the presentation of the dishes to the tastes and quality of the products (a lot of homemade), we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
