13/08/2026: A magnificent culinary discovery in Le Puy-en-Velay. Each dish is a true work of art, showcasing high-quality ingredients with exquisite finesse.
The presentation is refined and modern. I particularly appreciated the contrast of colors, especially the pretty purple potato chips that accompany the vegetables. A must-visit for lovers of fine dining.
02/08/2026: Family restaurant. 2 staff. 1 in the kitchen and 1 in front of house. Continually changing menu. Lots of space between tables. More people could be fitted in but then staff would have to be employed. This way the menu can be adjusted to match produce available and clients get individual attention.
