A magnificent culinary discovery in Le Puy-en-Velay. Each dish is a true work of art, showcasing high-quality ingredients with exquisite finesse. The presentation is refined and modern. I particularly appreciated the contrast of colors, especially the pretty purple potato chips that accompany the vegetables. A must-visit for lovers of fine dining.

Family restaurant. 2 staff. 1 in the kitchen and 1 in front of house. Continually changing menu. Lots of space between tables. More people could be fitted in but then staff would have to be employed. This way the menu can be adjusted to match produce available and clients get individual attention.

We came for dinner on the evening of July 25th, a party of six, and it was a wonderful discovery. From the appetizer to the dessert, we were delighted by both the presentation of the dishes and the taste of the food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service is very pleasant and friendly, especially considering there are only two of them, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room. Take the time to discover this gem and enjoy a truly memorable culinary experience.

Le Comptoir des Saveurs is a hidden gem in Le Puy-en-Velay. Here, we discovered local products through Mickaël's creative touch, guided by Claire's impeccable explanations and advice. Who would believe such a menu could take us on a culinary journey... at an affordable price? It's a restaurant I'll recommend again and again.

A lovely place with very attentive staff, tasty food, and relatively reasonable prices. I recommend it if you're a little outside the city center.

The starter, main course, and dessert were beautiful, generous, and above all, delicious—including a high-quality vegetarian option! The family atmosphere and very pleasant service were also much appreciated. Thank you for this wonderful meal; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the starter to the dessert! 😁 Expect to pay around €30 per person, which is more than reasonable given the excellent quality of the food. Go for it!
