09/05/2026: Discovered this place this evening after spending the afternoon in Rennes, and it was a lovely surprise :) The setting is charming, we ate very well (the meat (beef) was very tender, flavorful, and truly high quality), and the waitress was incredibly attentive and absolutely lovely. It's well located, close to many shops and just a few minutes from Ikea. We'll be back!

21/05/2026: We came for brunch as a couple and had a wonderful time! There was a huge selection, and everything looked delicious. We tried several things: fresh orange juice, coffee, avocado toast, savory pancakes, French toast, cookies… everything was as beautiful as it was delicious. Special mention for the homemade juices, which were truly excellent. And a big thank you to the attentive and caring service from beginning to end!

04/04/2026: A quick stop in Rennes before a show. We stopped at L'Ambassade to recharge and grab a bite to eat. A sunny terrace and a fantastic waitress named Marie. Highly recommended! 😍

We were alone, enjoying the sunshine and the first warm days of the season.
We can say that the food was perfect.
26/04/2026: I'm giving 3 stars for the meal, but the owner's friendliness leaves much to be desired... very arrogant with his customers, even though we drove an hour. This will be the first and last time we eat at this restaurant.
There's a way to speak to customers; the owner was defensive, nervous, arrogant, and disrespectful. This restaurant isn't welcoming, and the prices are better and cheaper elsewhere. Average value for money. And the owner is someone to avoid; I understand why it was empty on a Saturday night...

The room was really small and noisy. The decor is minimalist, no frills but welcoming.
My opinion is mixed on the dishes. They are good but my friend found two hairs in his dish. What can happen I admit.
The waiter's reaction was impeccable and immediately apologetic. Very nice reaction and we felt embarrassed by the situation.
Back to the dishes, I had never eaten Afghan.
This restaurant remains to be discovered 😉
Too bad for this little problem which took away our appetite.
