The cuisine is subtle and unpretentious, the atmosphere warm and discreet, and the reasonably priced wines offer hidden gems, like today's Cahors white from Cosse et Maisonneuve - Cheval en tête 2025. This restaurant is a must-try, though you might be tempted to keep this address a secret.

30/08/2026: Run by a humorous Englishman, the cuisine is refined, the scallops are perfectly seared, the menu is minimalist but everything is homemade, no frozen ingredients, and the "Sang de la Terre" (a local wine) is incredibly smooth and drinkable! The desserts are to die for. Excellent value for money.
