24/06/2026: I strongly advise against going there. The welcome was not pleasant at all, the terrace was full of flies, and the service was far too slow for three people. The food was only so-so.

16/07/2026: We arrived in the afternoon. There was a long wait for three ice creams despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Hygiene in the restaurant was deplorable (tables not cleaned, very dirty floor, smell of urine in the dining area near the restrooms...). We didn't see a single employee cleaning during our entire visit.
15/07/2026: The service was slow. The fries were served cold.

Burnt fries, terrible service, nobody even came to take our order.
I much prefer the old restaurant, it was a thousand times better.
23/09/2025: A very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you want a good kebab, this is clearly the best in Vichy.

21/07/2026: My boyfriend and I went there one night because no other bar was showing the football match we wanted to watch. When we arrived, the man who served us was very friendly. The sign said they made cocktails, so I ordered a caipirinha, but he said they didn't have any. Then I ordered a margarita… a huge mistake on my part… the worst margarita I've ever had. I absolutely do not recommend it. I drank it and left the glass full.
It was truly awful! We didn't go back during our stay. We ordered a charcuterie board, and it wasn't good either. I definitely don't recommend it; there are many other bars nearby that are worth visiting.
13/06/2026: Passing through the city center and bumping into some friends, we decided to have a drink on the terrace, which is well laid out but a bit noisy and with a significant pedestrian crossing – something that needs improvement...

06/07/2026: McDonald's is generally very dirty. The floor is filthy (full of footprints) even though it's not raining, the fixtures in the restrooms are broken, and there are no signs indicating proper recycling guidelines.
05/07/2026: Catastrophic service. The restaurant is supposed to close at 11:30 PM, yet when we arrived at 10:30 PM with six people for a takeout order, an employee (always the same one) shouted at us: "No, no, get out, we're not serving anymore!" Is that really how you speak to customers?
Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. The food is regularly cold, the cooks give an impression of poor hygiene, and the service is clearly lacking. Another time, on a Thursday around 9:30 PM, the chairs were already on the tables for cleaning, and we were even asked if we were almost finished so they could clean up.
If you no longer wish to serve customers before the official closing time, you should at least state it. A minimum of respect and professionalism would also be appreciated!
Dear owner, it's time to take action and review your "team."

04/04/2026: Order 4259. The book is missing from the Happy Meal.
Two of the self-service kiosks are only partially working.
With an order like this, they're capable of forgetting something. Only 10 people in the restaurant. Unacceptable.

You wait ages for your order.
You're sitting uncomfortably.
It arrives cold ❄️.
It's inedible, downright awful, and I'm being polite to avoid being censored 🤢🤮.
It's expensive, very expensive 🫰💲.
But hey... It's open after 10 PM... What a shame.

26/04/2026: The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained, which is a real shame because it has enormous potential. The exterior of the building is quite inviting. A good brush cutter, lawnmower, and hedge trimmer would be very welcome. The pool is now just a name... what a pity.
In terms of security, I'd give it 4 out of 5 because the fire alarm did work at 2 a.m. (but once all the guests had left, no one came to check on us). In short, for the price we paid, it's acceptable.
01/12/2025: The staff is really nice, and the room and pool were okay. For a stopover on our way to the Atlantic coast, the hotel was acceptable for one night for our family. WARNING: The restaurant serves truly disgusting food. It tasted awful and was reheated in a tureen.

Plusieurs fois déjà visité les années précédentes mais cette fois ci une superbe découverte influence asiatique
Bref super repas
01/08/2024: Très belle découverte avec un très bon restaurant, un parc où on peut se promener. Petit bémol sur les salles pour manger pas de climatisation. Il faisait 30° donc il faisait très chaud pour manger ce qui n’est pas confortable. Quatre étoiles ça devrait être climatisé je pense.

03/08/2024: J'ai appelé la semaine dernière pour réserver pour ce samedi 3 août, la dame au téléphone a pris ma réservation, mes coordonnées ect... nous avons fait 1h30 de route pour trouver le restaurant fermé !! Heureusement que vos confrères dans la même rue sont bien plus commerçant. Une honte, restaurant non sérieux à fuir !!!
13/05/2024: Nous sommes venus dans ce restaurant en utilisant une smartbox (valeur 60eur).
D'entree on nous dit qu'on nous prendra 5 euros de "taxe" car on vient avec une smartbox... que ça leur coute de l'argent... passons...
On peut soit disant, contre quelques euros de plus changer notre plat, chose que nous faisons pour l'un de nous.
On a le droit a une boisson dans notre box nous prenons un apero...
S'en suis une LONGUE attente, certains arrivés apres nous sont servis avant nous. On se sent oublié ! arrive le dessert ... plus de choix, le dessert voulu a été victime de son succes, ça arrive ... on opte donc pour les patisseries à emporter (2 pieces par personnes indiquées dans le menu)... hors dans la boite on a que 2 pieces... choses que l'on fait constater... on nous réponds qu'elle a mis des plus grosse part... alors que sur la table a coté jai vu les mêmes ! bref on nous prends pour des lapins mais ce n'est que le début !

on nous fait payer les aperos car dans la box est indiqué un vers de vin et on ne l'a pas eu car pas demandé !

le tout pour 24 eur de plus...
Conclusion: Le repas etait bon, nous avons passé un bon moment malgré la longue attente... jusqu’à l'addition ou on nous a pris vraiment pour des imbéciles.... c'est vraiment regrettable, nous avons fait beaucoup de restos c'est la premières fois que l'on est traité de la sorte.
A fuir si vous utiliser une smartbox !
