I've been coming for quite some time, I've had pastries there and I'm never disappointed, always very good. The price is nevertheless a little above expectations but not excessive. The atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff is welcoming and always there to respond to our requests with a smile.
If I can advise you, there are pineapple coconut éclairs at the moment, they are exquisite! Try it as soon as possible before they disappear!

It goes without saying that not every ingredient is fresh. Where is Amina supposed to get fresh shrimp from? So they are frozen and therefore just as tasty.
Anyone who finds the facility "sparse" has never been to Africa. For those conditions, Amina's restaurant is considered the highest luxury. It has tables and chairs, the place is clean, tidy and you can watch Amina preparing the delicious dishes. That too is worth its weight in gold.
I was passing through from Chalon to Bordeaux and was even allowed in a little earlier and 15 minutes BEFORE opening hours. That's what I call hospitality and some hosts can learn a lot from it. Thank you at this point for the fine “Djibouti burger” with chicken on December 19th, 2023. A good choice and highly recommended.

Be careful there are not many places so it is better to reserve.
And at a low price.

23/11/2023: The romantic dinner was excellent, in a calm setting, with succulent dishes and impeccable presentation. The welcome and the service were perfect, the staff took great care, really top notch! However, the only downside was that our table was located next to the front door, exposed to view of people entering, which was slightly inconvenient.
