It’s a shame that this beautiful complex finds itself spoiled by a lazy, rude and vulgar employee who only tarnishes the values of the hotel industry.
If I were the hotel, I would fire him quickly because he seems used to doing nothing during his working hours (not common for the hotel industry)

22/09/2024: Very nice beach area on the outskirts of the city. Very clean and well maintained.
22/09/2024: Saturday almost 8 p.m., took a take-out order for two. Order ready! After checking, the two ice creams and the fries are missing. I touch my two wraps and... they are cold... not lukewarm, really cold. Note (I suppose) from the chef dressed in black "it's normal they are always cold and they will become hot" uhhh no they are always cold and in general when I go to Mac do my wraps are still hot when served and not totally cold. But no, nothing to do, “the guy dressed in black” doesn’t want to know anything and maintains that my wraps will become hot. What to think? That magic really exists and that cold becomes hot by staying in a bag? That this person takes customers for fools? That by repeating this logic that cold will become hot will this happen? Going to McDonald’s already makes you think, especially with such a service…. We will have to review management and customer service. Finally they took a trip in my microwave and became hot, if that’s not beautiful magic…

26/09/2024: One of my worst bar experiences...
The waitresses are so cold, mean and unfriendly.... We were 10 students who came to share a good time together but we ended up leaving quickly because we waited for hours before being served despite several reminders to the waitresses.
The atmosphere there was also very heavy because the other customers were not comfortable there.
No smile, no availability, no desire to work... you might as well close the establishment at the same time
21/09/2024: There are 6 of us, and we are told to sit at a table for 2, even though there are plenty of free tables. very bad service

16/09/2024: L’accueil est sympa. Les cocktails sont corrects mais les prix sont de saison ! Le personnel est bien cool . Bref , pour terminer la soirée gentiment. 1664mulhouse .

Plus de flacons que de boissons dans le verre commandé.
Friandise au fond de la coupe de glace qui ne sert à rien juste pour prétendre une grosse coupe !
La cerise le gâteau : addition erronée en le faisant exprès ! Du vol !

31/07/2024: change of ownership for two years when I was The boys are nice, but very slow. The waiter can walk past you 3 times without noticing you. be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes until someone comes to serve you. Otherwise the coffee is excellent. Friends, add some speed.

05/08/2024: Sur la publicité, tout porte à croire qu'il faut dîner au restaurant pour profiter de l'ambiance musicale. Il n'en est rien ! L'entrée au casino donne accès à la piste de danse, vraiment minuscule comparée à celle de la Siesta d'avant ! Très peu d'ambiance car peu de monde mais un dj qui fait son job malgré tout.
La nourriture était moyenne mais il faut faire attention aux verres qui sont retirés de la table dès que vous allez danser, alors qu'ils ne sont pas terminés.

Serveur exécrable et malpoli, limite agressif, qui se prend pour le patron...
Et malheureusement ce n'est pas la 1ere fois...
Ce n'est pas un hasard si leur terrasse n'est jamais pleine alors que les établissements voisins sont archi pleins

18/06/2024: Nous sommes un groupe de 12 personnes.
Nous voulions être placés sur la terrasse qui avait 2 clients. La serveuse peu sympathique nous dit que l’on se place sur une zone précise, au soleil, alors qu’il y avait un place à l’ombre. Elle nous a dit : « c’est à prendre ou à laisser !! » Nous sommes partis. Nous avons préféré laisser un établissement fort peu accueillant !!!
