10/07/2025: Excellence....the best of the best in our ARDÈCHE....FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL.....Flavors that will knock you off your feet.....I never eat celery but I tried the celery risotto and I was not disappointed, quite the contrary.....a lovely journey of flavors of old vegetables....a word BRAVO to the whole team...

08/06/2025: A great experience at the Brasserie de la Paix! The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable, with a pleasant and friendly waitress. I particularly enjoyed the homemade burger and the chocolate mousse, a real delight. I highly recommend this place.
I look forward to returning to this establishment.

17/01/2026: We booked a family lunch at L'Etable in Limony (a village sadly infamous since the fall of 2024) for New Year's Day, and we were so glad we did. We had never been there for this occasion before. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a festive menu at a very reasonable price and of excellent quality. The trio of foie gras (homemade, like everything else) and gingerbread as a starter was superb, followed by chicken supreme with a cardoon, mushroom, and rice gratin, a cheese plate, and a selection of desserts. Everything was delicious and plentiful. It makes us want to come back. Thank you, and see you next year!

22/09/2025: We entered the patio a bit by chance for a cocktail... and frankly, we don't regret it. Pierrick gave us a warm welcome, directing us to the very unusual room (a former farmhouse) where there are high tables, low tables, chairs, stools, and large benches. The first evening, we kept it simple with mojitos, which turned out to be excellent. For the next three evenings, we left it to Max, the cocktail master, to surprise us with a new drink each time. They were all to our taste, even though we hardly ever drink alcohol. The Mai Tai/Espresso Martini/Jamaican Mule and Raspberry Daiquiri were lovely discoveries, but he wowed us with a cocktail that tasted like a madeleine... (yes, grandma's madeleine).
We will happily return if our travels bring us back to Vallon 😁
19/09/2025: Very nice restaurant! Everything is plentiful, generous and the staff is welcoming and very friendly. We enjoyed the wings and a tasting board, so generous that we left with a doggy bag!! Not to mention the free knife. We will be back
