10/07/2025: Excellence....the best of the best in our ARDÈCHE....FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL.....Flavors that will knock you off your feet.....I never eat celery but I tried the celery risotto and I was not disappointed, quite the contrary.....a lovely journey of flavors of old vegetables....a word BRAVO to the whole team...

22/09/2025: We entered the patio a bit by chance for a cocktail... and frankly, we don't regret it. Pierrick gave us a warm welcome, directing us to the very unusual room (a former farmhouse) where there are high tables, low tables, chairs, stools, and large benches. The first evening, we kept it simple with mojitos, which turned out to be excellent. For the next three evenings, we left it to Max, the cocktail master, to surprise us with a new drink each time. They were all to our taste, even though we hardly ever drink alcohol. The Mai Tai/Espresso Martini/Jamaican Mule and Raspberry Daiquiri were lovely discoveries, but he wowed us with a cocktail that tasted like a madeleine... (yes, grandma's madeleine). We will happily return if our travels bring us back to Vallon 😁

19/09/2025: Very nice restaurant! Everything is plentiful, generous and the staff is welcoming and very friendly. We enjoyed the wings and a tasting board, so generous that we left with a doggy bag!! Not to mention the free knife. We will be back

This small establishment, set like a secret at the foot of the Ardèche, invites you on a gastronomic expedition where every bite is an adventure. Here, everything exudes authenticity, from the elegant simplicity of the place to the discreet smile of the staff. But it’s on the plate that the odyssey really begins. The products, drawn from the heart of the terroir, are a tribute to the soil, the seasons and the hands that cultivate them. We let ourselves be surprised by the power of the flavors, by the precision of the cooking which reveals, without ever betraying, the natural richness of each ingredient. Vegetables, the humble heroes of this feast, are taken to heights that were thought to be reserved for great meats and fish. And everything is accompanied by a harmony that only the respectful silence of the room can appreciate. At Coloquintes, we remember that eating is an act of gratitude, a way of saying thank you to the earth that nourishes us. We leave there like we come back from a trip, a little lighter, a little wiser.

12/09/2024: We went to this beautiful restaurant in August. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the dishes are delicious and local. And the children's menu is of high quality with only homemade items. I can't wait to go back!

25/09/2025: The interior is not great, a storage room and the waiter would do well to change the way he cooks, washes his hands then wipes his nose then touches the salad and no one even starts to smile I will not come back, run away

08/06/2025: A great experience at the Brasserie de la Paix! The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable, with a pleasant and friendly waitress. I particularly enjoyed the homemade burger and the chocolate mousse, a real delight. I highly recommend this place. I look forward to returning to this establishment.
