I find it worrying to forget on very basic menus (Mc Smart) the main element is the SANDWICH, moreover we placed an order at the table which was never served to us despite I think the systems put in place to find the table. Following this our order was placed loosely on the counter (Hello HACCP standards). As a restaurant chain I find it absurd to end up with a fork instead of a spoon because I quote "we don't have one anymore". Inventory management seems to me to have been carried out. In short, what I remember is that you should train your staff more to prevent them from going around in circles and wasting valuable time in this area. I understand that I am in a fast-food restaurant but at the very least be careful about the HACCP standards which must be impeccable whether in the kitchen, the room or on its teams.
Hoping for improvements.

30/09/2024: Nothing to say about the sandwiches, it's still necessary that we don't necessarily have to take everything out of the takeaway bags and because I more often miss the sandwich of fries of sauce the problem is that if we take away it is to quickly go and eat it at home and if it is to take everything out from 2.3 orders together you are not sure of having all the orders at a glance I simply recommend that you ask for individual bags per order this will help them even more
30/09/2024: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Yes we know, McDonald's is one of the rare brands where we know who's making mistakes and like c**ts we go back! Sunday evening an excess of confidence made me not check my bag before leaving the establishment and arriving at home...I am missing my 280 for 7€50!!!! On the other hand, more than 10 sachets of sauce 🤦♀️

25/11/2025: This reeks of SCAM... last-minute cancellation of my Livebox reservation (with a dubious reason)... and they still cashed the "check" for the service! No response from them... They're no longer replying to our various requests... Registered letter returned... Strange!
Contacted the local tourist office, but they were evasive...!!!???
Reported to Livebox. See other similar reviews on this site... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Und mit der Terasse welche halb im Berg eingebaut ist und auf der anderen Seite den Fluss :)

I will end up believing that we are the ones who are good at finding the good spots. Don't look for the inn in the village, go straight to the Patio. You will find the 2 backpackers who are as comfortable in the water as on land, and who cook very well for the hungry traveler. You will be welcomed with humor and a smile, taste Ardèche specialties and chat with very friendly people. Come on, don’t stop there, let’s go….🏝️🤿🤣
