The problem is, they're obviously understaffed. Hire more staff and stop treating your employees like dogs and your customers like idiots! People go to a fast-food restaurant precisely so they don't have to wait 35 minutes. And to top it all off: not even the decency to offer a free product or a small gesture of goodwill to apologize for this interminable wait! 35 minutes of waiting and no compensation, as if it were perfectly normal… A little respect for your teams and your customers would be truly appreciated.
