04/04/2026: This McDonald's in Salon-de-Provence has a 2.9 rating on Google… No wonder! I definitely should have checked the reviews before going; it would have saved me from throwing my money away. Honestly, what a disappointment today. My daughter went there to get a McFlurry and a milkshake. The result: half-empty orders. Not just a little underfilled, literally half. We called to find out what was going on, and the manager's response was: internal policy, "the portion size," following feedback from management. So basically, they're serving less… and they're owning up to it, unbelievable. So let's be clear: it's not about "portion size," it's about honesty. When you pay for a product, you expect to receive what's shown, especially when the marketing visuals show full, generous, appetizing items overflowing the images. Here, it was the complete opposite. We're not talking about a minor discrepancy, but a glaring difference between what's advertised and what's actually served. At this point, it clearly amounts to deceptive practices. It's incomprehensible and frankly unacceptable for a company of this size. This kind of approach clearly gives the impression that they're taking customers for fools. And it's even more shocking that this is admitted to without any shame or embarrassment over the phone. A minimum of transparency and respect for the customer would be the bare minimum. Here, we're nowhere near that. I sincerely hope this kind of practice will be corrected quickly, because it's simply unworthy of the trust customers place in the brand. Of course, we won't be setting foot in there again: at this point, it's not just a disappointment, it's outright theft.

02/09/2024: More than 25 minutes to be served when there are not many customers in the store and no ice cream possible inside more than through the drive I don't understand why the ice creams pass in front of me to go to the drive and I can't have any inside
