15/10/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats tonight. Delivery was only half complete; two burgers were missing, so two people got nothing to eat! Eight calls to the restaurant and no response, so we'll have to find another way to eat! Appalling.

14/10/2026: Avoid at all costs! Endless wait times, whether at the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. The burgers are cold and the salads are wilted. Be sure to check your orders carefully; many items are left out! I absolutely do not recommend it.

05/10/2026: Soggy, undercooked, cold fries, the McExtreme burger... nothing like the picture, no bacon, missing a slice of cheese, the staff were incredibly unfriendly!!! This is the first time in my life I've ever written a review, but considering the prices, it's unacceptable.

02/10/2026: We arrived at 10:30 PM and placed an order of over €100. The restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, so we were well within opening hours and hadn't asked for anything unusual. We completely understand that the end of a shift can be tiring, but that absolutely does not justify the manager's behavior. He was particularly disrespectful, and we were very surprised to hear him shouting throughout the kitchen about our order, saying, among other things, "People have no limits, seriously." When it came time to pay, he also said to us, in a very haughty tone and manner, "This is order number 59, I presume." We simply came to eat and placed an order of over €100. We didn't disrespect anyone and simply expected the same respect in return. Arriving at 10:30 PM at a restaurant that closes at 11:00 PM should clearly not be considered a problem, much less justify this kind of remark and attitude towards customers. A very bad experience, mainly due to the manager's behavior. A minimum of professionalism and respect for customers would be greatly appreciated. Signed, Order 59!
