23/04/2024: This April 23, the OSMANVILLE Friendship/Leisure Club traveled to the Chaudron Magik in Ouilly le Vicomte with 56 of its members. We had a great day. Very warm welcome, quality home-cooked meals, and for the show and entertainment, nothing to complain about. Artists and managers of great kindness who served us, and offered us a lovely review for almost 3 hours. Thanks to the whole team who made us happy. Our members were convinced and a certain number think they will return there with their family. Not to be missed. Thank you all and a special thank you to Ericka Champagne who knew how to create emotion. Thank you to all of you. See you soon. This is not a post of complacency but it reflects the feelings of 56 People who were happy with their day thanks to the CAULDRON MAGIK.

22/03/2024: The owners are awesome. The restaurant is in a magnificent setting, great value for money. Hotel part, very nice family room, comfortable bedding, excellent breakfast. Free public parking really very close as does the castle from where you have an incredible view. To do again with great pleasure

21/03/2024: I admit that I am surprised by the comments about the welcome. Well received by a man when paying for the room. But the next morning at breakfast time the welcome is frosty. I talk about this beautiful place with this young lady, she turns around without any response. Closed face, didn't sleep well? The cook I suppose (given his outfit) passes in front of the room gives us a look and also forgets to say hello. About the large room. We hear our neighbors' conversation but that's no big deal. Clean two hairs on the sink and cake crumbs on the table. We just slept and not snacked. The positive point is a nice place and the welcome from the young man when he took the keys. So I'm disappointed. Miss a beautiful smile for the next customers at breakfast time 😃

06/11/2023: Perhaps the best cuisine in Courseulles-sur-Mer. Everything is fresh, homemade and you can feel it. Try the braised Sweetbreads (a treat) or the French toast-style brioche. Friendly welcome and flawless service.

06/11/2023: Very good restaurant, a little in the city so you will not benefit directly from the seaside. But this is not a problem given the quality of the cuisine which is really good. A very good address in Courseulles-sur-Mer, to do if you are passing through the town.

25/10/2023: Very friendly welcome, Madame at the service and Monsieur in the kitchen, simple menu but everything is homemade, right down to the fries, which is too rare not to mention with local products. We're quickly in the mood, it's like home. A must-see.
