What's the point of telling us to use our loyalty points before 10/10/2022...when it wasn't possible...due to a system malfunction... Most of the products/menus/some drinks are out of stock...which is very problematic...again, it's very disappointing, especially with no explanation. I ordered two 5-onion rings...they were all undercooked, dry, and hard...very disappointing. In short, a bad experience for us today at this KFC. 20/10/2026: One sandwich was missing from our order, and when we asked for it, it took three different people before we finally got it. The color of the iced tea was really questionable, but the taste was okay... And for the price for four people, we were disappointed with what we got to eat! We rarely leave that much food on our trays at other KFCs, and even less at competing fast-food chains...
